A large room located in the back of the house, it has its own bathroom and closet, it is well lit and in the middle patio there is a table with chairs that you can use. The room is independent, but ACCESS TO THE ROOM IS THROUGH THE MAIN HOUSE. In the house's kitchen, you can briefly use the microwave and a space in the refrigerator. There is no parking, it is a parking meter zone Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm
