Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Del Monte Forest

Absolutely beautiful property! Studio was very spacious and comfortable. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Location was perfect and close to shops and restaurants. The beach was close by and had magnificent views. We highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to visit again! Cheers!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Nice modern place right on the beach! Appreciated having larger tv in the living room and lots of kitchen supplies to cook with. Staff were very responsive with my requests and it was a nice, quiet getaway.

Had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right next to the beach where we spent most of the time. The place itself was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

The place was great! Both bedrooms were a good size and had closets and dressers to put clothes away. The entire space was really clean and felt comfortable. The property has heated pools, a playground, walking paths and beach access. It was great for us and our two young kids!

The accommodation met our wishes and expectations in every way. The communication with the host was friendly and very nice. If possible, we would like to come back.

The house was in a perfect location, walking distance to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Wharf. Also, not bad of a walk to downtown if you’re up to it. But the house was a perfect space for my family and loved the privacy of the backyard. When I come back to Santa Cruz someday (soon I hope), I would consider Brit’s house again.

Such a beautiful home in an ideal location! We were able to walk to the Boardwalk as well as downtown. Honestly could not ask for more from the property or the host. Our family is already trying to plan for our next vacation and this is the place where we want to stay.

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

Perfect house in every way!!!! The house is adorable, comfortable, accessible to every part of Santa Cruz and included every single item needed or wanted!! We will be back and are hoping that Colleen's house is available! one word on our host.... we stay in a number of Airbnb's and Colleen was PERFECT and I mean a PERFECT host.... Perfect stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described…actually it was better! The house was spacious, clean, cozy, and super close to the beach! We loved getting coffee in the morning and walking the beach, pizza by the slice for lunch and delicious restaurants close by for dinner. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the area. Thank you so much for being such an incredible host!

This is a very beautiful and comfortable property near the 17-mile drive area in Pebble Beach. Access is easy to downtown Carmel and Monterey. The home is stacked with amenities - hot tub, fire pit, grill, pizza oven, ping pong, TVs with streaming, etc. The hosts even put out popcorn and supplies for s’mores! Everything was pristinely clean and there is no shortage of blankets, towels, and even beach towels. Kitchen is very open and has lots of dishes and tools for cooking/serving. There is a spacious 2-car garage that can be utilized with an EV charger. We all loved our stay, great for families with kids and adults alike. Only thing to note, the driveway is steep, so be careful of entry angle with your vehicle. We had a couple guests with VERY low sports cars who still managed, but worth noting to be careful. Highly recommend this property and the hosts. The property manager was extremely helpful, accessible and responsive for both instructions and anything we needed.

We had such an enjoyable stay in Capitola. The property was amazing and we would definitely return and stay at this cottage. The cottage is in close walking distance to the beach and all the great shops and restaurants in the Village. We felt at home in the cottage, which was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed during our week's stay. What we appreciated most was the responsiveness of our host, Claire. She was proactive in her communication both before and during our stay. She made check-in so easy. During the stay, she periodically checked in on us to see if we needed anything or wanted recommendations. She was so thoughtful in quietly dropping off some paper products we needed. We didn't need much during our stay, since the cottage was so well stocked, though I have no doubt Claire would have been responsive to just about anything we needed. I so appreciate hosts who truly want you to enjoy your stay at their property. I highly recommend this property and host!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

What a beautiful villa! the view was amazing. The beach looks much closer in person, and the hosts were great.We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David!
