Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Del Mar

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Our stay at this property surpassed our expectations in so many ways! The photos didn't reflect how beautiful, clean, spacious, and private our airbnb was. There was so much for our family of 7 to enjoy during our 3 day stay, together & individually. Our kids enjoyed swinging on the swings, going up on their loft to get the beautiful ocean views, lounging around in their pool, and walking around & exploring all the nature that surrounds this home. We were really impressed with the Spanish modern design of this home and the cohesiveness of the modern and traditional design elelments-it made for stunning photos! The host resoonded promptly to every one of our question; they reponsed within the hour to every one of our questions.

Julie’s Haven House suited us just fine for our 2 week stay. Good location to get to San Diego and other county locations. It is well appointed with many special touches. We really appreciated the Nespresso, the well stocked pantry and laundry supplies. On top of all that Julie was super responsive and flexible when we adjusted our stay dates.

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

This is a great house. Very spacious and clean. It is on the corner of a main road, but the noise wasn’t a big problem and the location is super convenient for getting around Del Mar and other parts of north county. The backyard was great.

This place was better than we were expecting. Perfect spot over the beach. Watching sunsets, sealions, dolphins and birds right from the patio. The patios are fairly private concidering your beside each other. This unit is nice because you can see all the way up the beach. We usually stay away from condos due to noise from other people but this condo was quiet, even though we had people above and beside we barely heard anyone due to the concrete floors. Nice pool, and hot tub. We didn't really use the tennis or basketball courts. Everything inside and outside was clean and well kept. Best thing was the view, 2nd best thing was this unit is actually a well stocked air bnb. There was plenty of dishes, kitchen ware, uten toiletries, soap etc Easy 4min walk to beach and 6min walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc. And the beach and neighborhood seem fairly classy and family friendly. Wyatt was very fast to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and we immediately felt at home due to the many thoughtful touches. The hosts were incredibly considerate and really helped ensure we had the best stay, going above and beyond to accommodate our young family! The kitchen is a chef’s dream and the yard a spot of paradise. We couldn’t recommend this home enough. It was absolutely fantastic! We hope to come back someday soon!

We enjoyed this stay! The home is less than a mile from the Del Mar fairgrounds. Plenty of parking in a safe neighborhood. The rooms and restrooms are both downstairs. The host is responds in less than 30 minutes and helped with any questions I had. A few spices, cooking ingredients and oven trays available. The backyard is a plus! Thank you

Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

Such a great spot! Quiet and peaceful, unbeatable location. Windensea is a stone’s throw away La Jolla is super walkable. Cy lives right there on the property and goes above and beyond. He has thought of everything a guest could need and is there ready to help with anything. Thanks for everything Cy!

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We loved our stay at Richard's place. He was very friendly and reached out to make sure our stay was going well throughout our trip. The location is perfect! It's close to everything, we walked all over. Lots of really good places to eat, shopping and the beach was super close! Plus they supplied beach towels, chairs and other fun stuff to use. The house itself, was perfect for two people, it is small, but roomy. The bed was comfortable, everything was super clean and we really appreciated the snacks and water awaiting for us, since we had arrived super late in the evening. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

The location is perfect for sightseeing in San Diego, many of the towns are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Vivian is a very good host, she was always attentive and responded quickly. The only thing we had was that we hardly had any hot water.

This cozy cabin is absolutely a great value! The surroundings are beautiful, and the cabin itself is clean and well-kept. Spending the holidays here, gathered around the fire pit and chatting with friends, has truly become one of my most cherished memories. That said, the road leading to the farm can be a bit rough. A high-clearance SUV is recommended—we drove a sedan and ended up scraping the underside of the car a few times. Despite that, the overall experience was wonderful. We hiked a nearby trail all the way to the top of a mountain, where we could see both San Diego and Mexico. Although the fog was heavy and we couldn’t see the ocean, the view was still impressive. All in all, I highly recommend this cabin. It’s definitely one of the best places to escape for a relaxing holiday!

This place is amazing. I slept so well since the location is quiet and secluded. Colleen is quick to respond and super kind. The design of the cabin itself is pretty as well. I would 100% stay here again.

This was our second time at Twin Oaks, bringing our kids along this time, and it was another amazing visit. From the parking right by the kitchen door it’s easy to unload our van and settle in for 3 nights. Two slept soundly in the loft area and the other was on a bed in the sun room. We enjoyed the firm king bed and slept well to! There are no blinds in living room so the view was spectacular though it did mean the kids woke up early. The house was clean and comfortable and easily cooked every meal in the well equipped kitchen. Sandrine is a great host, we have really enjoyed staying with her!

Such a beautiful and peaceful little cabin in the woods. Everything was absolutely perfect. Sandra was so kind and answered all of our questions and gave such easy instructions to get to the house. It made for the most perfect weekend getaway we could ask for. If we're ever in the area again we know exactly where we're staying!

This place is exactly what you see. You have all the privacy you need, but you're not too far away from the market. Finding the place, getting inside and the amount of things that you can do at the home, makes it worth the stay. The house was spotless, and everything in the house works. No surprises.

Beautiful peaceful relaxing getaway, we would definitely stay again!!

We stayed in Ephraim’s adorable A-frame cabin for one night while headed to San Diego to visit a friend. The drive up to the cabin is beautiful on a long, winding road. When we left the next day, we were above the cloud line. The cabin itself is wonderful. We couldn’t help but walk around and appreciate all of the little design choices inside! The bedrooms are cozy and nest-like. The kitchen is spacious and open. The lot is pretty private. There are some other cabins close by, but you don’t notice them once you’re inside.
