Nice little place in the perfect location for downtown Sycamore. Easy walk to anywhere downtown. Steps from multiple bars. Easy to follow directions from hosts to find the parking spot and the apartment. The lack of any hotels near downtown makes this place a good value based on supply and demand.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely two-bedroom apartment! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We ended up arriving earlier than we initially thought and Merita was incredibly responsive. We were able to check in early and she made the check-in process seamless. The location was great, and the apartment felt welcoming and homey. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

Very affordable old 1899 cowboy hotel! Host is very caring and helpful. Rooms are small, but clean and adequate. Shared refrigerator is usually full, but there is a diner in town. Bathroom is well stocked, but kitchen does need more cookware, silverware, dishes, cleaning products, paper towels. Overall, good value for long-term stay.

The building itself is very unique and interesting. I had a great experience, it was very quiet and relaxing and very clean. It was a great deal and exactly what I needed. Keep up the good work.

this was a great choice for me to stay in! i didn’t need anything fancy, just a clean, nice private room. and this gave me exactly that! i wasn’t disturbed by anyone and the hosts were respectful & kind with any and all questions i had. id definitely come back again :)
