Auf der 30.000 m2 großen Finca vermieten wir 5 verschiedene Finca-Ferienhäuser für 2 bis 6 Personen. Es sind jeweils traditionelle Steinhäuser, die im Laufe der letzten Jahre innen geschmackvoll modernisiert und komfortabel ausgestattet wurden. Abseits vom Tourismus, doch nur wenige Gehminuten ins malerische, historische Dorf von Valldemossa mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars...

Stone villa with mountain views and quiet

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Es Bellveret is a cozy finca with amazing peaceful views and a 15 meter long infinity pool of salt water ideal to relax and enjoy the Majorcan sun only surrounded by nature and the sound of birds. It is close to the towns of Manacor, Sant Llorenç and Artà as well as to many beaches. The style is a blend of modern and rustic decorated with traditional Mallorcan details. The main level comprises a spacious and nicely decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with "en-suite" bathroom and wardrobe, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The lower floor features two big bedrooms, one with "en-suite" bathroom and the other one with a walk-in closet 2 beds and a sofa bed (for 2). Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
