Located in a quiet area with views of Conwy mountain to the rear and woodland to the front, it is a short scenic riverside stroll away from Conwy town and 2 minutes from Conwy Marina where you can enjoy a drink in the Mulberry pub. Morfa beach, Conwy golf course and a local park/skate park are all within easy walking distance.

The Old Toll House is in a great location to take advantage of everything Conwy and the surrounding area has to offer. Situated on the corner of Morfa Drive and Bangor Road, the Old Toll House is in a really convenient location. 5 minutes stroll into the town or to the beach. Isallt is an comfortable, nicely decorated old house on a quiet street within the medieval town walls of Conwy. From Isallt it is only a couple of minutes walk to the river front, town centre with its shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, or the medieval castle. The house has two double bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, a cosy lounge with log burning stove, separate dining room, well equipped kitchen and downstairs WC. There is an outside courtyard to relax in on sunny days.

We have equipped it with everything we feel we need for a large family getaway so that our holidays are wonderful and hopefully yours are too. The house is in a great central location with easy access to great local shopping and the sea. We're biased, but the house is a great space to hang out and have fun together.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cozy cottage which is in walking distance of Llandudno Junction, Conwy town, Deganwy Quays, beach and a very short drive to Llandudno Pier and Colwyn Bay. There’s a collection of golf courses to choose from while you relax with your family in our cottage. (well behaved four legged friends are of course welcome on request)

Both Conwy and Llandudno are in close proximity and is perfect for those wanting a relaxing break or an action packed adventure.
