We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Ideal for two people (and a child who can sleep in an extra bed), this charming 65 m2 cottage will welcome you for a quiet holiday in the heights of a small village in the south of Ardèche. Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. Accommodating from 2 to 4 people, our 80 m2 cottage will have all the charm for you to spend a relaxing and magical vacation. On-site pool and river access on a sandy and pebble beach just a 20-minute walk away, the location is great.

Il est entièrement rénové, et tout équipé (parking, garage pour les motos, chauffage, machine à laver, wifi, écran plat, machine pour expresso, ...). Sur un terrain de 500m2 avec transat, parasol, et barbecue (charbon non fourni).
