Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dedham

This space is just as pictured. It's very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfy which is always important. The street parking was always readily available. The only cons would be if you're a light sleeper because it's located on a somewhat busy street and underneath another residence. You will hear the street noise and neighbors. We'd stay here again!

If you like spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable homes that are stocked with all the essentials and situated in a great location, then you'll love staying at this Airbnb. It was a bit too much space for my needs and preferences as I was traveling solo, and I don't need a formal dining room or two living rooms, but the location and comfort level couldn't be beat. The hosts are very responsive. Do make sure you ask them about the heat controls, I never could figure out how to maintain the right temperature for long, but my visit was pretty short and I managed just fine. Pro tip: Don't miss a chance to sample the savory turkey pot pies and many varieties of sweet pies at nearby Out Post Farm.

Gia is a fantastic host! She is so sweet, and was very accomodating. She was quick to respond, and very informative. Her place was perfect, and cozy. The pictures are exactly how it looks inside. It is very well kept, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. She supplies everything that you will need! It was a super convenient location to get to Downtown Boston and also not a long drive to Gillette Stadium. We loved the place and would stay there again if we return back to Boston!

Lovely apt, super clean, comfortable, everything you need. Nice ac units, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds & soft blankets. Check in was perfect, easy to find, convenient parking. If you need to be in the Canton area for any reason, you’ll enjoy staying here.

I seriously don't know where to start...Yanlin is the most loving, thoughtful, and friendly host I have ever met. Her apartment is cute and very clean and the bed in the bedroom is pretty comfortable considering that I have back problems. Yanlin immediately welcomed me and my daughters into the apartment and made us feel right at home. She checked on us but at the same time she was not a bother. She talked to us but at the same time she didn't talk too much. She was giving and she didn't think twice about paying forward. Yanlin not only gave me a discount on my stay because she knew I was moving in a few days but she also gave me items for my new place. I am extremely thankful for her and I will definitely stay again just to get away from my home for a few days 💜

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

Had everything we needed, was really comfortable and a great place to explore the area from. Highly recommended and will be back if we are looking to stay in the area again.

My daughter and I had a great stay! We booked Daryl’s place literally on the day of, and everything went perfectly! Great communication! About a 20 minute walk to the Red Line, so convenient to get into downtown.

Beautiful neighborhood. Close access to interstate for short trip to Boston or the Cape. Clean apartment. Everything we needed for an 11 day stay, paper products, pots and utensils, washer and dryer. The yard is beautiful with many flowers. '

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

It’s a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The home was really good. Very spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and living room. Wish we had more time to spend indoors. Andy was else quick on responses and proactively addressed any questions we had. Grocery store is just around the corner so that’s a big plus too. Overall a great experience

This is a beautiful and I would say luxurious apartment. Felt just like home. Very nice kitchen and living space and beautiful back porch. The house itself is gorgeous and the location is great. Very peaceful and comfortable! Elena was very responsive and helpful. We liked it so much we added an extra day to our visit and Elena was helpful in making that change. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed flat near downtown Boston and Logan airport! Three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms were appreciated. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Upscale feel. Third floor walk-up, so you need to be comfortable with stairs — but worth the climb! Responsive and friendly host Ana made us feel supported and welcome. Parking was a plus. Recommended!

Great location, walked everywhere, did not take the car out once during our stay. Onsite parking which is a big plus for the area. Historic home updated beautifully. Unit was very clean, would give cleanliness ten stars!! Matty responded quickly throughout the rental process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Love, love, love this home. We were in town for our son’s Harvard graduation. You enjoy sweeping top two floors of a classic old house (almost mansion) but freshly painted and classic. Great kitchen, separate dining room we used to set up post graduation reception that opened into lovely living room. Chill open back porch to hang out in the fresh air. Super friendly diverse neighborhood where we actually made friends, including Jason at a nearby high-end wine and liquor store and the crew at Brasica (deserves a Michelin star). But the rock star foundation of this AirBnb is the downstairs tenant, Ryan. Such a kind, friendly, funny, responsive person. He must be visiting Jamaica Plains from another planet astronomers call AWESOME. I am blessed with a gorgeous beach villa on a remote cove in Baja Sur, Mexico. I’d host Ryan and his partner for free he was such a great help. Yes, I will stay again.
