The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialites. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
