The house was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the location. It was in a peaceful neighborhood. We love the sun room, it had a nice view of the lake. We enjoyed playing pool and jet skiing. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Jonh was a great host and April was so friendly. We enjoyed every minute there, we highly recommend staying; we would love to come back!

Amazing stay!!! Beautiful home, very clean and had everything you could need during your stay. Hosts were amazing and extremely helpful whenever we needed. Quick response every time we had a question! 10/10 will stay again if I find myself in the area.

Billy’s place was wonderful. I stopped here while passing through Tennessee on a cross-country road trip, and it was the perfect spot to rest. If I weren’t just passing through, I would’ve gladly stayed longer. It’s the kind of place you book when you want to escape the city without fully roughing it—peaceful, calm, and beautifully scenic all throughout the day.

This cabin is so beautiful and has many amazing features. My favorite was the elegant screened porch in which was so relaxing. Other likings were the game room, decorations, touch lights, and smart home features etc. This is a must see place to truly understand the sentiment I'm expressing here. Rachel is very communicative and very prompt to reply.....A++++ experience!

We enjoyed the stay. The cottage was very clean! Stocked with different teas and coffees, which was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

Was a great stay for a fishing trip with the kids and grandkids. Very nicely decorated place with all needs met. Was a great price as well! We would dedinitely stay here again when visiting Kentucky Lake! Excellent communication with the host, very responsive to all needs and friendly!

We were a beleaguered and weary group when we arrived from the airport. The home was a welcome retreat. What a blessing! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a floral farm house charm and soothing colors. The sofas, chairs and beds were clean, comfortable and didn’t sink to the floor when you sat on them. From the time we walked in we were greeted by a welcoming feeling of “home” and a personalized card waiting on the kitchen table. The home was stocked with basic food supplies, toiletries and extra goodies. We have stayed in many wonderful Airbnbs but our experience with this cozy home and gracious hostess were a blessing, like “chicken soup for the soul.” God bless you abundantly, Jana. We had a great time at Birdsong. Our cabin was perfect for us. The just was very helpful and friendly. It was so peaceful and very clean. We will be back!!!

We only stayed one night, but we will be back again. We saw deer and turkeys on our drive in. The property is gorgeous. It is definitely a little getaway. Very peaceful, quiet, and private.

It was a short trip for business that didn't allow for time to enjoy the marina and its activities, but it looks like a great place to take a large group for a fun trip.

John is a fabulous host! This is our second time staying at this home and we’ve loved it both times! Everything is just as described on the banks of the beautiful Tennessee River! We will be back again!

Very peaceful RV spot and the neighbors in the next lot were friendly. If ever in the area again, I will be back here to stay.

Diane was a great host! the cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. we enjoyed the porch swings and utdoor amenities. we didn't want to leave. The kitchen was STOCKED...not just a pot or two and silverware. we grilled and enjoyed supper on the porch the second night. so well kept and clean. The best weekend away we have had in a while. Also I had left a couple items behind the door that Diane messaged me about and was so helpful and went out of her way to leave with family to bring back home! 12/10 all the way around🥰

Wes contacted me upon arrival to make sure we were OK, he checked in when we checked out to see if we needed anything and offered a couple extra days at a discount. wish we could have stayed. everything about this place is absolutely wonderful!! Loved the area, very peaceful, and a great price.

Me and my husband along with two of our friends stayed for the weekend, the pool is so nice to have after being on the river all day. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again!

The location is very peaceful in that you overlook the water. The quality of towels and wash cloths could be better. The place has a smell to it but they do allow animals so perhaps that’s the reason. The entire camper could use a good deep cleaning but otherwise it’s sufficient.
