My house is located 3 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 10 minutes from Alès, 15 minutes from Uzés, 20 minutes from Anduze and 30 minutes from Nîmes. This allows you to discover the region. The sea is 1 hour away as well as Lozère. The house includes a large living room with a living room, kitchen and dining room, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, a 20 m2 terrace.

St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). The comfortable and well-equipped apartment, accessed through the owners' courtyard, accommodates 4 people: bright living room, large bedroom, sleeping area, and bathroom with toilet, even babies are not forgotten. This accommodation, located upstairs, is not wheelchair accessible.

Bright, welcoming, in a quiet and green environment, 30 minutes from Nîmes and Uzès, 40 minutes from the Pont du Gard and 1 hour from the sea. In a traditional stone building, adjoining but totally independent of the main house, this accommodation offers you a living space of 55 m2 with exposed beams, and a private exterior with barbecue. The house is surrounded by oaks, on a 5000 m2 property with swimming pool available (shared with the owners).
