This cozy "Shouse" (shop house) is located on a 136 acre farm. Guests have a view of a working horse ranch with horses, a mini donkey, a pony! The “Farmshouse" is decorated in French Country & Farmhouse Chic! Your host (Sheena) was a housekeeper for elite executives in the area for over 10 years. I am very meticulous and can guarantee a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. Farmshouse has new kitchen & carpet! We have recently added a new covered porch with patio table, chairs & barbecue!

The Arbor Flat is a newly renovated apartment ready for your next getaway! This bright and stylish apartment boasts a full kitchen, clean bath, spacious bedroom, private laundry––all freshly updated. An easy ten minute stroll to our vibrant downtown Moscow, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and the UI. During warmer seasons, soak up the ambiance with outdoor seating around the propane fire pit. At the Arbor Flat, you will enjoy the the sight of trees from every window!

This is a modern cabin with all amenities designed like a tiny house only larger. Great views of Clearwater River in foreground. Shopping only 15 minutes away and National Forest only 30 minutes away for any outdoor recreation. Cabin is pet friendly, plus there is a kennel area right outside. There is an outside insulated building with power for storing large gear and minimizing cabin clutter. The cabin is ideal for weekend getaways or people wanting to get outdoors.

Our private MountainVista guesthouse is your ideal starting point whether you are attending a university event or exploring the Palouse country. Located 17 miles from Moscow, our comfortable guesthouse provides you with peace and quiet along with a scenic view of Moscow Mountain. MountainVista offers a well equipped dedicated workspace. Air condition units are in bedrooms only. Our driveway is somewhat steep and gravel, not ideal for sports cars. 🙂

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
