The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The views were lovely. We held a family gathering there and it was a perfect setting. Big enough, yet cozy with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. We would definitely go back.

I happened to have lived in this neighborhood built in the 20’s and they did a great job making the aged home nice and comfortable!

The stay here was wonderful. The beds were mega comfortable. The whole place was very clean and nice. The a/c was amazing. The shower was wonderful. And the size of the place was perfect for even 4 people if needed for a few days. Would recommend this to everyone we know if going to the same area in Texas. Would definitely stay here again.

This place does look like the pictures on Airbnb but it's even better in person! The pictures don’t show how quaint the space is, with small touches all throughout the house. The beds were plenty comfortable! Towels provided, but bring your own shampoo and soap. I loved having a carport to park under-it rained during our stay. There’s a nice backyard and porch area, all fenced in. The kitchen is sparkling clean. There’s a Keurig but not a drip coffee maker, if that matters to anyone. The neighborhood felt safe. It is a quiet area; not a lot of through traffic. We would stay here again for sure!
