Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Rest in the Randstad (for vacation or work)

The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Akerdijk is located in Badhoevedorp and offers a garden, jetty with rowboat. The accommodation is 18 km from Zandvoort aan Zee and offers free WiFi and private parking. You have your own entrance and access to two floors. The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Amsterdam is 5 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 4 km from Akerdijk.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
