Monthly Rentals in Dayton

We had an amazing stay in the Camp at Willow Brook. A hidden gem not that far from Harrisonburg, Massanutten resort, Shenandoah and Washington/Jefferson national parks. The place is serene, peaceful and accessible. Sally is a wonderful host, she made sure we had great time. There are several games/activities options available in the camp, we enjoyed playing volleyball. I wish to visit the place in the summer and autumn as well. Thank you! EA & friends

This cozy little cottage was perfect for us as we stayed here while we were waiting for our townhouse to be finished. McKenzie accommodated us very last minute. She was super friendly and glad to have us. Most hosts won't rent to locals, but it was very much appreciated that McKenzie was there for my daughter and I when we needed a place to come home to for the week. We loved how cozy it was, the perfect size, didn't have to worry about unnecessary space in the house, it was exactly what we needed at the time. We just pulled right up to the door, and walked right on in without a problem after a long day of work and school. We loved opening the blinds during the day and watching the cars drive by, and the people walk by. It's such a quaint little town, very historic and super neat to see all the old houses and things we never paid attention to before. A major highlight of our stay was Cookie the cat. Our stay was super memorable, and we hope to stay with McKenzie again.

We loved this quaint spot! Was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from JMU! Great location, close to stores, shops, restaurants, and the university. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought out! Kristin was great as well. Would definitely like to return again sometime!

Clean, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, loved the rockers and swing on the front porch. We needed to make adjustments to our stay and Philip and Myrna were so helpful and accommodating.
