Cabin in the Shenandoah Mountain surrounded by National Forest on 3 sides. Inside cozy atmosphere with warm lighting and local landscape art throughout. Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Had a wonderful week long stay. In a long drive that is fairly private and secluded. Wake up to sounds of nature on the front porch. Tina sent an amazing list of details before our stay that gave us directions for our stay. Water had a slight odor, but got used to it in a few days. They also provided plenty of clean drinking water. Popcorn on the counter was a great touch for a late night snack!

Lovely basement apartment with lots of windows! We spent a week here & appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included coffee, tea, & snacks. We were able to use the pool as well which is very nice. Marci responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this quaint spot! Was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from JMU! Great location, close to stores, shops, restaurants, and the university. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought out! Kristin was great as well. Would definitely like to return again sometime!

Nathan's place is the perfect, peaceful, secluded camping spot in the mountains! The place is exactly as described in the listing and the host is communicative and super friendly. Apa the dog comes around too and is such a sweetheart. Easy instructions, good wifi connection, and bathroom is a very short walk with motion lights to make it easy at night. Would definitely love to return for a weekend again!

Charming suite with large bed area with side tables, bench, large table and chairs, and TV. Side alcove had a nice credenza with coffee maker and water heater. Basket with coffee pods, Kind bars , oatmeal, creamers, and tea bags was most welcome. On the side was a small fridge and freezer, and microwave. Dishes and silverware were available. Large closet was across from the credenza. Well done bathroom had a walk in shower with top of the line fixtures. A washer/dryer combo was available. A modern A/C wall unit kept the suite comfortable. Hoping to return later in the summer.

Enjoyed my evening porch sitting & morning coffee with Daisy 🌼! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Accommodations were perfect for an overnight stay. I certainly will look forward to staying again when in the Harrisonburg/Staunton area. The area is so beautiful and peaceful to just relax and unwind. Thank you!
