This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

Simplicity at its finest is what you’ll find in this cottage. There are two leather futons that turn into queen size beds. These are leather futons so please don’t expect plush beds but we try to make it comfy. This cottage is at the back of our property and has its own gravel driveway. Keyless entry .

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. Minutes from Lee University & downtown Cleveland, 25 mins. from the Ocoee and Chattanooga. This suite is unattached from another air bnb on site. The only shared space is parking. It is old but remodeled. Not perfect, but clean and quaint. We provide a stocked kitchenette, a bathroom with towels, full size closet & dresser, covered parking, a tempurpedic queen bed, a couch, TV/DVD (no cable, firestick only) and wifi.
