Absolutely perfect, in every way. The house is located in a peaceful haven but with everything you need within 5 min drive, ideal for enjoying a peaceful evening after a day at the beach or walking. Our 3-year-old daughter felt at home there, which was especially convenient on rainy days. I recommend it without reservation, and our hotel was extremely pleasant and responsive. Thank you again for this relaxing vacation.

we had 3 great weeks even if the weather was not nice, the place makes you feel good and chill. 5 minutes from the 1st beaches, on foot or bike for the Landes forests, close to the village with a small simple and efficient market on Wednesdays. Good communication with the renters of their own house. Solene, Olivier and the kids are adorable. It's a plus for the stay.

We had a great time at Sarah and William's who were available and welcomed us warmly. The accommodation is very cozy, the park is amazing and secure which is a plus if you come with your dog. Many walks are within walking distance from the accommodation. We'll come back for longer next time!!!

Listing is very nice, as described. It is very well equipped with quality amenities. Sharon is a very responsive host and Matteo is also available on site. The house is located on a plot with other cottages but each has its own privacy. We will be back!

Impeccable, rustic and pleasant accommodation. David and Julia provide activities (board games and outdoor activities). Easy to access accommodation, easy to park, quiet with land and close to mountain walks or beautiful villages.

Small house in the middle of pine trees with a very nice exterior, not far from the ocean. True to the photos. Communication with Yannick was great. Great for a little Landes break!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, but still very close to the ocean and its known cities. Jacqueline welcomed us to her place for one night, everything was ready when we arrived. We were able to put our bags down and go for a walk directly in Capbreton.

Sandrine hosted us in a very friendly manner. Coming from far away, we were early, we were welcomed before the minimum time, thank you for that! Very good tips on activities in the area, always responsive to messages, flexibility in terms of parking. We were allowed to host three members of our family with all due respect and discretion. Very well-equipped, quiet home, with magnificent views of the fields and the Pyrenees. Really, nothing else to say. My kids loved it, if we come back to the area, we will come back without hesitation! Thanks again for hosting us!

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation, very quiet place,with accessibility to a swimming pool ,spa , 30min drive to the beach really well located. With welcoming and warm neighbors. I would highly recommend it.

Small house perfect for a few days with family. Excellent amenities, absolutely nothing is missing. Including baby equipment (highchair, bathtub, etc.) which really makes everyday life easier with a baby. Impeccable cleanliness. The kids enjoyed themselves in the large garden. Martine and Frédéric are present on site and attentive to their guests. Thanks again for hosting us, we'll be back!

Albertine's house was perfect! We rented it for an extended weekend with another couple and our 2 children. The place is good for up to 6 people. In the backyard, the outdoor shower with hot water is perfect when you get back from the beach, really nice and convenient so as not to put sand in the house :) The lockbox is very convenient for self check-in and check-out. Pleasant and peaceful outdoors, we'll be back with pleasure!
