Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

A modern, chic studio in a great location, recently fully redecorated. Perfect, cosy location to rent for one or two people. Located close to a metro station (metro Ursynów, about 5 mins by walk). It only takes about 12 mins to get to the city centre. The building is quite new and has security 24/7. It also has quite big common area, where you can spend your time. Unfortunately, no elevator available.

I haven't seen an apartment as spacious as in the photos in the offer in a long time. There were three of us on this trip and there was enough room for everyone. The apartment is super equipped, there is everything you need. Communication with the host was also successful. No complaints, the stay was very pleasant and the apartment was super comfortable. I recommend it to everyone:)

While in Warsaw for a few days, I was excellently welcomed by Małgorzata. The accommodation offered is very pleasant, true to the listing and located in a peaceful area close to the main amenities and transportation. Małgorzata was very kind, full of valuable good advice to discover the city, orientate and very good communication that allowed for beautiful cultural exchanges. I blindly recommend this place to anyone passing through Warsaw, and I would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises! Thank you!
