Really loved staying in the bnb in a really local area! Right next to a small local market and super close to the train station and lots of food places were walking distance away. The facilities were great and the bed was super comfortable. They also allowed baggage storage at the end of my stay. The room did feel a little small after a while though, and could hear the room next door talking in the shower and the family mart jingle at times. But this was only very rare. Hosts were really fast at replying as well.

Good airbnb! We were happy with our stay! Actual airbnb location is north & west of Xingtian Temple subway stop (6 min walk). And airbnb is south & east of Zhongshan Elementary School stop (8 min walk). In other words, the airbnb is located between xingtian temple and zhongshan elementary school, almost equidistant. The bathroom floor will be entirely wet after you shower. This was not a problem for us as this set up is common in asian countries and they provide slippers.

Everything was as pictured. Very convenient, instructions also very clear. It’s always the best being able to cook for yourself at a stay.

Nearby, convenient transportation, the surrounding businesses are quite convenient, the communication with the host coco is instantly responsive, the room is comfortable, you can see the plane landing, it is worth recommending

in the middle of 2 metro stations very convenient to get to, near laundromats, coffee and breakfast shops around. You pay for what you get, hosts was responsive as well. Checking in and out were hassle free. Showering water pressure was okay just basin water pressure was low. No toilet papers given just tissue papers however did not experience any clogging. Charging ports were quite accessible and quite a few. A lot of amenities can be easily borrowed from the counters. Pleasant stay overall. Special thanks to host for being kind and understanding. Will definitely stay again when there is chance to return!

Have stayed in kiki house many times washing machine friendly although small but slow wash suitable for people who love clean

The place is conveniently located near almost everything—just 30 meters from the MRT, with eateries and cabs easily accessible. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There’s hardly anything else you could ask for! The host was very responsive, replying almost instantly.

Allowed early storage of our luggage and then early checked in, we really appreciated it. Great location with MRT nearby. The room includes a washer machine on the balcony and place to hang the clothes are really helpful for the long stay in the warmer time. Hot and cold drinking water 24/7. The room is cozy, we really enjoyed our stay in Kiki and Jimmy's place. The room is on second floor likes other review said, it maybe a little challenge for large luggage; but we manage it without a problem.

The place is very spacious and really perfect for big groups. Just wished there’s a microwave to heat food up because it was really cold when we went to Taiwan so food gets cold fast. Beds, pillows & sheets are clean. Towels were clean. Bathroom has no bidet. Over-all a very nice find and worth it!

Shuyang's place is absolutely amazing. We've been back in Taipei from Canada for 2+ months. We wanted a little getaway that's away from the city, with great air, less noise/pollution, space, great facilities and amenities, and this airbnb had it ALL. The rooms were very clean, well kept, we loved the large space which allowed us to work, lounge around, cook, hang out and just look at the mountains on a rainy day, or go hiking when the weather is nice, it had everything. The clubhouse allowed us to go to the hotspring daily either the public or private type, there was a full gym and pingpong table that we went to every day. Seeing it for the first time was like wow we're so lucky to be here. The clubhouse also had meal options a small library/lounge, massage tables meeting rooms, pool, etc. There are 2 convenience stores within 5 min of walking so it was easy to get drinks, food and snacks. The front desk was very responsive, super helpful and polite. They made us feel great if we just had a question about the place. From the balcony you can see the mountains and ocean along with Taipei. The location is obviously away from the city, but there are hourly bus that comes to the front of the condo to take you to the Beitou subway MRT that takes ~20 min, and then boom you're back in civilization to eat out, or enjoy shopping. We absolutely loved the place, both the home and the overall area, we'll be back in a heart beat once our visa situation clears up, and this is somewhere we can see ourselves coming for both a couple weeks of getaway or 6-12 months of long stay. I would/will recommend this airbnb to all of our friends!

I really enjoyed my stay and would book this place again. It looks like photos and is very clean, quiet, comfortable. The neighborhood is awesome with tons of cool cafes, bars, restaurants all around within a minute or two walking. The host is fast to reply and easy to communicate with.

Very comfy apartment in Guting, near MRT and close to Shida night market. My parents and I felt right at home! Thank you!
