The house is close to athens airport (about 30 kilometers) and there are many places from there to visit around. The poseidon temple is about 20 minutes drive and other ancient Greek monuments are around. There are plenty of sandy beaches and nice taverns with greek traditional plates. Not unless required from the guests. It's a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, perfect for exploring on foot, while the sea here is great for snorkelling in. It's also close to Lavrion Harbour, which offers numerous tavernas, bars, and shopping opportunities. Best way is by car.

Although it is in Attica, it gives an island feeling, as the sea is directly in front of you. The rocky beach is unorganised and has very clear waters.
