Apartment in central location

Nice apartment of 64 sqm. in a larger house with a private entrance. Free parking at the house. Nice large conservatory that belongs to the apartment, small kitchen, private bathroom and private bedroom. Brand new luxury bed from Au Ping, 160 cm wide. The apartment is close to the harbor, 700 meters from the station and with the amusement park in the backyard. A lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the living room in addition to the bio fireplace, so the whole apartment is cozy and warm in the winter. Good discount for long-term stays.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Come relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 120 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 550 dkr (you do dish youself)

Stay in the atelier of the artist, Berit Sundberg. Lots of space (75 kvm) and lots of light – and colorful artwork for sale, on all the walls. Also a very nice balcony - perfect for drinks in the evening. You can use the entire apartment except for one room (that's where all my paint is). Shoppingcenter, supermarkets, McDonalds and busstop nearby.
