Great location! Located in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown Dartmouth. Close to the ferry, bridge, bus terminal, playgrounds, Sportsplex, grocery and drug stores, liquor store, bars and restaurants. It is a fully furnished two floor, two bedroom, one bathroom flat. This is the upper level of a duplex. There is one queen size bed in the master bedroom, single bed (can be changed to queen sized bed) in the second bedroom and sofa bed. All brand new appliances. One parking spot in the driveway.

Second floor (must climb a flight of stairs) super cute apartment. Quite small but works great as a homemade for your adventures. PLEASE NOTE: the bathroom is tiny and awkward. The rest of the space is so comfortable, I stayed there myself to see what it was like and I LOVE it.
