Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. Our lovingly furnished thatched semi-detached house is located in Neuendorf-Heide, a small village on the Saaler Bodden between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The former farmhouse, built in 1850, offers 125 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of land for 5 people. The 3 floors of the cottage and the 3 shared gardens offer space for togetherness, but also retreats to relax. A day at the beach ends with the joy of a cozy home.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.
