A very spacious, cozy and super equipped apartment! We only stayed two nights, but that was a relaxing little break … especially impressive: the huge sofa 🙂

A great holiday destination. A clean, modern and cozy apartment with fantastic views. The large property has a private beach, a barbecue area and plenty of space surrounded by nature.

We spent five days there as a group of 6 girls – and we would do it again at any time. We also welcomed Wal as the 7th member of our group. The apartment is cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen, bathroom and living room were fully equipped – everything you needed was there. We especially liked the proximity to the beach and at the same time the good accessibility of Rostock with its diverse excursion possibilities. Communication was also straightforward and friendly.

We spent wonderful days in this apartment in Sassnitz. The apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy at the same time, equipped with everything you can imagine. It was certainly one of the best accommodations we have ever had. Nancy and Lars are great hosts and were always available and approachable. In short, a great time in a super great apartment. Perfect small, stylishly furnished apartment with terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The side street is very quiet, so you can fully enjoy the bird concert. Best location! Anna was super accessible, everything was great!

We had a really nice stay in the apartment furnished with "love". You immediately felt warmly welcome. There was really nothing missing in the small apartment. It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open kitchen/living room also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to have nice dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, this will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

We were four people and with two dogs in the apartment. There is everything you need. Very original furnishings and we felt very comfortable immediately. I highly recommend this apartment and would also spend a vacation there again. Thanks for the nice week!!!

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. We wanted a place to stop in-between two city trips (Berlin and Copenhagen). Staying in Warnemünde near the ferry port was the perfect break from busy city life—and we were right! Katherine's "secret spot" was ideal for two peaceful days of cosy homemade dinners, watching movies on the couch in the evenings, and spending the days swimming, sunbathing, and reading at the beach. The beach days were made extra comfortable by the beach chair available to guests. It fits two people and can be used to lock away your things while you swim. It was splendid! Katherine was very responsive and helpful. We arrived early on our first day, and though check-in was at 15:00, she let us drop off our bags and pick up the beach chair key so we could enjoy the beach right away!

We felt very comfortable in the small room! The history alone is very interesting, if you consider that this house is over 300 years old. It was preserved with so much love for detail,… really beautiful! The property is also very pretty, really large with horses and goats and a lot of garden and all right on the beach with private beach access with beach chairs! Fantastic!!! We were here with our grandson. For him, there was plenty to discover in the large garden, there was also a small playground! We stayed for 3 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer:)

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

What a great place to stay in beautiful Greifswald. The apartment is just a few steps away from the market square, yet it is very quiet there. We felt very comfortable, everything was perfect and very clean. To welcome us, Petra spoiled us with a fruit basket - what a great gesture. Thank you very much!
