Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

On our farm you will find everything for quiet days in the countryside. There is an organic village shop with a café, a barrel sauna and nature right outside the door. Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

A beautiful, modern and rustic, low-energy half-timbered house with thatched roof, Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay plaster walls awaits you. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Gut Bisdorf – Take vacation, become manor savior

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The cozy cottage Meridiamus 1 is a 32 m² accommodation with fireplace. It is not far from the Saaler Bodden, which is within 10 minutes walking distance. Relax in our garden, explore the Bodden landscape or enjoy the wildly beautiful nature of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, which stretches on the nearby Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. With us, you can experience a vacation with a minimal ecological footprint in a peaceful environment.

This cosy holiday home is peacefully located in scenic surroundings in Denmark’s southernmost holiday area. It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

This beautiful home in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is just off the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen's Baltic Sea beach and welcomes the first holiday guests from July 15. The architect house offers you a breathtaking view of the sea not only from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
