The stay was really outstanding! The place was exactly as described – very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You immediately felt comfortable. I was with Timo over the Easter holidays and feel as refreshed as after a week-long vacation. The place is very lovingly decorated, nothing is really missing. In addition, there are details such as the hanging chair, the large cozy sofa and the fireplace with sufficient wood supply, which simply gives the whole something special. The apartment was "spic and span" and overall just ultra-cozy - with a great balcony on the sunny side, and the view was fantastic. Communication was wonderfully warm and at the same time never intrusive. Somehow I felt like I had "come home" and honestly I left with a heavy heart, because it is simply perfect there in terms of attitude to life. The surroundings and the possibilities of leisure activities are also great - my tip at this point would be a ride with the solar draisine in the nearby Wald-Michelbach, which is really a unique experience.

I stayed here comfortably as if it were my home. And the host responded to my requests quickly and kindly. Everything was convenient, including heating, transportation to the airport, parking, internet, and transportation to nearby cities. I can't forget the warm smiles and greetings of neighbors. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The apartment was just like the pictures – very clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. It had everything you need to feel right at home. Communication with Linda and Jan was straightforward, friendly and fast. Two absolute highlights were the terrace, where you could relax wonderfully, and the sauna - ideal for switching off. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back!

We spent just under a week at Sandra and Mario's place. The accommodation is spacious, each of our teenage children had their own bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is rural and peaceful, with a small farmer's shop in the village. Gernsheim is a few mins away by car, where you find the usual supermarkets and other amenities, incl a great ice cream cafe. Mario and Sandra were very helpful, responsive and friendly. Thank you.

The house and location is much prettier than the pictures and it was a pleasant surprise for us. The house is a bit old and can get a bit chilly, but really comfortable and fully equipped even with an Xbox. The communication with Roland was also really easy.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

Jan warmly greeted me and answered all the important questions about the apartment. The location was ideal to get to the festival grounds. Very nice and lovingly furnished. I'd love to come back.

Place was very convenient, <10 mins walk to the train, and 5min walk to grocery stores. Overall we had a great stay, the stairs were quite steep so it was hard to bring our luggages up. However, it was a great stay overall and we definitely would recommend this place.

Katja both made very good suggestions for us and supported us to chech out comfortably by providing us with flexibility during and even after our stay. Thanks to her elegant fresh flowers and treats in the refrigerator she left for us, it was a meal for us even though we arrived very late on our first day. The cleanliness, location, silence, amenities were complete and good enough to be comfortable even if staying for a long time. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. It was a great experience and pleasure for us.

Beautiful spot! Short train to Frankfurt and easy walks to the swimming lakes which were perfect for the hot weather. House was comfortable and spacious.

The apartment is very spacious, even in the garden there is a lot of space. Everything is very picturesque and the hosts were super friendly. :)

The house was beautiful and clean. So many high tech features and appliances. The kids loved the trampoline in the back yard and the playground and basketball hoop across the street. Beautiful view from the second floor. Big window doors and blackout curtains made it easy to adjust the light to make the house very bright or dark when we needed to sleep in to help get over jet lag. We had a wonderful dinner at the Winzerkeller restaurant, just a 5-10min walk away.

The accommodation is centrally located and well equipped. I didn't feel like I was in a vacation apartment and felt right at home. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it was quiet despite the central location, so I arrived relaxed and well rested at the event in the nearby Congress Center. A clear recommendation!

The accommodation keeps what it promises from the first impression to the amenities, nothing is left to be desired. The reception Piccoli sparkling wine and sweet treats give the impression of appreciation. 🤩Exceptionally good kitchen equipment and the Bosch coffee machine also fulfills all the wishes of a 5-star product. Surprisingly, both coffee beans and dairy products were available. All other kitchen aids, such as equipment, salt, sugar, etc. were also available. The balcony invites you to linger. Everything very clean and in good condition. We will keep this accommodation in good memory and will be happy to book it again and again when the opportunity arises. Thank you 👍

The apartment is bright, friendly, very well maintained and perfectly equipped. In addition, it is very quiet and ideal for excursions. We feel completely comfortable here and are always happy to come back.

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean, but also excellently equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained and very welcoming. The entire amenities left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The security measures also reassured me very much. You feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

Steffen & Ann-Christin Are super hosts, very accommodating. Their apartment was clean and well equipped. It is located in a great area with plenty of things to do, great views of the Rhine Valley, and easy access to Mainz & Frankfurt. From previous reviews parking seemed to be an issue but we didn’t have any problems with parking the entire time we were there, even with on going street utility repairs. This is a very nice apartment, in a great location, with super hosts and I would highly recommend it.
