Beautiful property. Loved the nest! Lots of lovely walks and different places to unwind on the property itself. Waking up to all the birdsong was glorious. We had a really lovely relaxing stay - thank you very much Christine.

This place is truly magical! My partner and I had such a peaceful weekend here, everything about the area is so beautiful. We would wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and walk to feed the gorgeous horses ❤️ The bed was sooo comfy we didn’t want to get out of it! The indoor heating was a lifesaver and the place is so cozy - perfect for a romantic getaway. David is such a lovely host and super helpful. 100% would come back again!

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Definitely one of the best AirBnB we have stayed at. Judy and Bruce were welcoming, helpful and friendly, even allowing us to check in an hour early (after a very early start for an early flight). Corona cottage is delightful and has everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was rather squeaky, but comfortable according to our adult son who slept on it, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool looked lovely (although we did not get to use it due to rainy weather). A nice touch was the fresh fruit bowl and continental breakfast supplied. Overall, an amazing place for our family to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Excellent weekend get away for a family. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and 3 months old and had a wonderful, peaceful family get away. Philip was super helpful and made sure we had everything required, especially for the kiddies. Scrumpy offers something for everyone: warm and peaceful nights in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine, as well as perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking; and games, activities and a wonderful garden to run for kids. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return for a winter family get away.

The house was very clean and fresh, super cozy and homely. Corinne went above and beyond to accommodate us, even down to leaving us groceries that suited our family to make breakfast and snacks. She also gave us a run down of the area and things to do and see. We will definitely aim to stay here next time we’re visiting.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s place. The house is beautiful! Spacious, warm, and full of charm. When we arrived, we were welcomed with the smell of freshly baked bread and there were also some fresh herbs, eggs, jam, granola, and milk. Such a thoughtful touch. The surroundings are incredibly serene, with stunning views all around. We absolutely loved it. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt like a true escape. Our dog Ziggy had the time of his life running around and exploring the property — he was in heaven. The house has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor shower under the stars is such a unique experience, and cozying up by the fire inside was a perfect way to wind down. Paul even helped us set up a fire outside on one of the days, even though it was rainy. He was so kind and made sure we were comfortable. There are lovely walks nearby, and some beautiful beaches just a short drive away. It really was a special stay, and we’d love to come back.

My friends & I booked Jenny’s place last minute solely based on all of her previous reviews and we were not disappointed at all! We got unlucky with some rain on our second day, but upon arrival we enjoyed helping Jenny feed the ducks, chickens & horses. She was an amazing host & left us the yummiest silky chicken eggs. We spoke about her journey in acquiring the many Arabian horses she had on her farm and wished we were able to do the farm tour if weather had permitted. I am definitely looking to come stay here again very soon!

We really loved our stay. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. The perfect location for the nearby wedding at St Joseph's we attended. The property is spectacular and very well maintained. We enjoyed our morning walks around the property and seeing the animals. The views from the house are amazing. A great place to relax and unwind. We didn't get to met Pinny but we had a lovely chat with Harry. A very likeable fellow. We hope to visit again one day.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

WOW! What a place! Elmview Cottage exceeded all expectations. The cottage itself was so beautiful, with everything you would need for a short stay. We often did not want to leave the cottage, and spent most of our time resting in the hammock and watching the peaceful scenery from the balcony. The entire property blew us away. You can spend a day walking around, feeding the horses, exploring the nearby lookout and playing with their 3 gorgeous dogs. We will miss waking up to the dogs waiting eagerly for us to play ball with them. Susanna and Jack were SO friendly and gave us so many tips for the area. The horses are so beautiful and look so cared for and well looked after. We wish we could give more than 5 stars. We will 100% be back as soon as we can!

Gorgeous property with ample room and beds to cater to our group. Hosts were always on hand for any additional questions. Property had a gorgeous fireplace which was just lovely to cosy around in the evening with a glass of wine. Looking forward to staying again!

Sarah's hospitality was top notch. She gave us excellent food recommendations, and even a lift to our booking at Criccas (Definately eat here when you're in town). Thanks again for having us, Sarah!

Catherine was very warm and kind, and she definitely made our stay extremely comfortable. The property looks exactly like the photos, if not even better. It’s the perfect getaway from busy daysof Sydney, with beautiful greenery to wake up to in the morning and a sky full of stars at night.

A get away we needed for the body, mind and soul. The milk shed where we stayed was so pretty and the surrounding land was beautiful. We loved the donkeys and the doggies and being able to feed and play with them both filled up our hearts. Stephanie and Glen are such amazing hosts. So very friendly and beautiful humans. We got homemade bread & freshly grown pumpkins to take home. I cannot recommend this place an enough. We haven't stopped talking about it and will be back again 💜 We are so happy this got recommended. P.S Mary loved her sour dough bread 😘 Thank you 🙏🏽

Daniel and his family are very friendly, they show us all different kinds of animals in the farm, my kids love the farm tour so much.

Great place and location for a group base to explore the Hunter valley. Relaxing and easy to stay. Good amenities and well appointed house.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Barefoot at Broke over the long weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and felt extremely spacious for the 5 of us, plus our family dog. Located in Broke, the property feels private and secluded, yet only a short drive away from some amazing wineries. Steve and Jen were also very responsive hosts, answering all our questions promptly and providing clear instructions for check in/ out. We would highly recommend Barefoot at Broke for a small group getaway - we had an amazing time!

Stephanie was a great help getting inside as the second gate can be missed. But lovely cosy home perfect for winter getaway and exploring the area. Feeding the horses and ponies was a highlight and sitting outside by the fire pit looking at the stars was magical

Thank you Susan! My mum, sister and I had the most wonderful stay in the Hunter Valley. The cottage is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful vineyard landscape. Susan & her husband even let us ‘forage’ for passionfruits for our breakfast in their lovely cottage garden too. We loved relaxing in the morning sun on the deck, peaceful kayaking on the lake and the toasty hot tub. All the things for a perfect winter break. The house was spacious and well equipped, with plenty of spots to relax and watch the world go by.

A beautiful stay in the treetops. The place was cozy, clean and homey. We loved the fireplace and the Pups also had a fabulous time!

Owners went above and beyond even to a point where a bag was left and they posted it back to Sydney without additional charges. Stunning view, mineral pool - the photos don’t do it justice. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Terry and Kelly’s cabin. Beautiful home and garden bordered by hillside. Great communication and hospitality from our hosts. The cabin had everything we needed, was comfortably furnished with rustic charm and even had some home grown items from their garden to utilise when cooking. We did part of the GNW hike but Terry mentioned there are better walks so would recommend future guests reach out for some local knowledge if this is of interest. Great place to disconnect and very reasonable price.
