My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. The beds provide supreme comfort, while the pool is spotless. All facilities operate seamlessly, and the location offers effortless accessibility and generous spaces, thank you so much we got the most amazing weekend

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

Evelyn was a great host. Gave us incredible local recommendations. The accommodation itself was nice and cozy with a beautiful view over looking the water.

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Sydney and Chris made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

Unique place to stay on the water. The cabin was great as was the boathouse and jetty. Would highly recommend for a nice, relaxing stay.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! Access to kayaks and a boat made the stay that much more enjoyable, and house was well stocked with everything you could need.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Super easy check in, amazing views, and everything you could need Loved it

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Ben’s home is amazing! The house was cute and very clean. Beautifully decorated. It had lots of space if you are traveling with a decent amount of people. The view is INCREDIBLE. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The pool was incredible. Ben was a great host and very responsive. Would 100% stay again.

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

Our stay at Bella Vista was pure heaven. It’s been 10 days since we left and every day we have reminisced, scrolled through photos and contemplated when we can visit again! My son said today ‘I don’t want to go to school, why can’t we just live at Bella Vista!!’ This place was perfect for a family getaway. It was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. We can’t wait to go back.

The treehouse is in such a tranquil and beautiful spot. Inside is very cosy and between the wood stove and gas heater it was toasty warm inside on cold evenings. The kitchen is very well set up with everything you could need for cooking and also a good selection of sauces, tea, coffee and staples. The treehouse has been very thoughtfully set up with nice touches like blankets on the balcony. Highly recommended for a relaxing place to get away close to Sydney..we thoroughly enjoyed it!!

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

Beautiful completely newly renovated house surrounded by vineyards. Lovely terasse, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was incredible. Bree and Michael are amazing hosts, super helpful and answering our message super fast. We had amazing night in this beautiful place and wish to be longer. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful, private and beautifully set up Peter’s home was. We have never stayed at an Airbnb that was so stocked with everything you could possibly need. These thoughtful touches are something many don’t realize make all the difference. In addition, since it’s in front of their home, it felt very private and had a beautiful outlook. We thoroughly enjoyed playing the board games, cooking and sitting by the heater. We highly recommend Peter’s home and would love to stay again.
