Three bed cottage with beautiful garden & parking

LindaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I really feel we lucked out here with the village and the house. We wanted to visit the area but didn’t know much about the towns and villages. Crickhowell was perfect, a really lovely village with lots of great independent shops and cafes and some great pubs. The cottage is perfectly located in the village. There are some great hikes you can do from the cottage or others are just a short drive. The cottage was very welcoming and comfortable. Lots of room, good sized bedrooms and a some lovely seating areas downstairs. Nice garden for our dog as well. We were really pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again.

Georgian Townhouse, Crickhowell, Brecon Beacons

Feels like home from home. We were a party of 8, all extended family. Plenty of large-enough pans, and more than ample crockery and glasses (which is not always the case in our experience of places that sleep this many). Lovely outdoor seating area and lawn too....we enjoyed the barbeque with plenty of tools for the job and gas already there. Logs for the wood-burner provided even though May, and all the kit to start the fire. Nice to see a host expecting the guests to recycle properly and giving them proper indoor & outdoor bins for this. Love Crickhowell. Plas Bach is just around the corner from the famous Bear pub. We also enjoyed eating in the Dragon Hotel which is a short walk away. Location was perfect for us. Head up-hill for a glorious-view walk with a destination high point.. or head downhill for the town, pubs, river-walk, Brecon Canal....Best place for coffee & brunch Halo is a very short walk away. The accommodation does exactly what it says on the can. We loved it.

Bridge End Cottage - with Parking

AnneRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fabulous stay at the cottage, Karen was great with her communication and really helpful with any questions we had. We also had a lovely surprise with a fabulous welcome basket and a bottle of wine which we really appreciated. The cottage was amazing, the views from the lounge were beautiful, it was so relaxing spending time there, the location was perfect for walking to the centre of the village and going for walks. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well, it was very clean with a lovely scent as you came through the front door. There are plenty of lovely eating places within walking distance. The parking was easy with having a place to park in the pub carpark. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future.

Ramblers Rest Cottage

Picturesque terraced cottage in a pretty street in a town which is pretty. Prompt replies and support. Thoughtful host who very kindly on this Easter weekend stay had left a little chocolate bunny for the two children staying. Lovely little garden at the rear of the cottage

Ty Nant Treehouse with covered hot tub

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Victoria & Craig have re-written the rulebook when it comes to hosting. Both were very very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and every single detail you can think of was covered. The cabin was extremely well appointed in beautiful, peaceful, and very private surroundings! Everything was immaculate, it was impossible to believe that someone had stayed in it just before we arrived. Although completely left to our own devices the welcome pack, instruction book and decor made you feel like they were there to make sure you were having a good time. An extremely professional, beautiful and well run setup from two lovely people! Can’t wait to come back! Love to the Alpacas aswell!!
