The Vernède Mill House

17th century riverside mill house in a sumptuous 2 hectare setting. The mill is located at the crossroads of the exceptional places that make the Ardèche with the gorges and canoeed departs 10 minutes away, the Chauvet cave 30 minutes away, Vals les Bains and its terms 20 minutes away. bar, outdoor kitchen with a big green egg pizza oven, swimming pool and pétanque shared in a friendly atmosphere. River and swim on the grounds with hiking departure directly from the house.

La Sauve, stone house at Mas de Rochessauve

La Sauve is a lovely 17th century stone house in Mas de Rochessauve. Atypical, simple and endearing, La Sauve is worth it. A flight of basalt steps leads to its small terrace open to its garden, the roofs of the farmhouse, and the foothills of Coiron. From there, you enter directly into the living room. On the same level is the bathroom and toilet, and the small bedroom. On the lower level, the interior is accessed by a spiral staircase to the kitchen and its majestic vault.

Rural gîte in the countryside for a "farm holiday" type vacation. Shaded garden, 2 private terraces not overlooked, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, very well equipped and functional. Animals on site to entertain the kids (ponies, chickens, dog...). Complete baby equipment. Independent house, only the pool and playground are to be shared with us mainly on weekends. Linens and cleaning are included. Sunday to Sunday bookings in summer. Unauthorized parties.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
