Immaculate place! We chose this location as a central base for many day trips in the region (Rovinj, Motovun, Pula, Ljubljana, Trieste) and it was perfect! Would highly recommend!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastically beautiful accommodation in Labin. We traveled with five adults, two toddlers and a baby – and we didn't miss anything at all! The place is exactly as described in the ad and shown in the pictures – maybe even more beautiful. The pool was a real highlight, especially with the fantastic view we could enjoy every day. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything was very clean, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which made our vacation even more varied. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Beautiful villa on the edge of the sweet town of Bale. You can get to the sea in 15 minutes by bike. Shopping 10 min by car. The pool half in the living room is awesome and pleasantly warm. Marko and Dunja are super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

This was a great stay for my family and I - it was just as peaceful and beautiful as pictured. Though it rained our entire time in Lake Como, the Villa, town Square and the ease and flexibility provided by Vicky were unmatched. You can set up anything you need with the host, including car transport, cooking and boating. They really go above and beyond - we got lost on the train there AND I forgot my bag with my passport during checkout. Vicky took care of everything. Highly recommend this charming Villa!!

What an amazing stay! The views from the villa are spectacular, and the villa itself was immaculate. It felt so private & peaceful. We had Chef Niki come for a private dinner and a cooking class, and he was fantastic. Brunella and Giacomo were very helpful and responsive before our stay and throughout our time there. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

Unforgettable stay in a fantastic villa! We spent a few relaxing days in this villa and were absolutely thrilled! The location is fantastically quiet – perfect to switch off from everyday life. The large pool, the hot tub in the private spa area and the private sauna were real highlights and were used by us daily. The house is natural and stylishly furnished, super clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. Communication went smoothly – check-in & checkout were uncomplicated. If you are looking for relaxation, comfort and a bit of luxury, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Super nice, very clean place. Great location, sauna, hot tub, trampoline, barbecue area - wood 🪵 dartboard… everything there!! We lacked nothing. Thanks to Eva and Marco for the warm welcome. Bottle of sparkling wine with welcome letter 🫶🏻Marco and Eva were always available and have furnished the house with a lot of love. Coffee beans included and also many spices in the kitchen. Never experienced it yet. Sufficient towels - bathrobes - plenty of storage space. Absolute recommendation for great relaxing holidays in Austria🫶🏻 Top hosts!! The house was so great that we actually canceled a couple of excursions just to stay in! We are a family with kids ranging from 7 to 14, and we also have 2 dogs. We had so much room to be together when we wanted and individual spaces when we didn't. If you think the pics in the listing are nice, just wait until you see the view, house, and land in person! The panoramic view is even more scenic. The house is even larger with every corner holding something beautiful or interesting to look at, and every inch of the garden offers a little something different. The kids were in the pool every single day. When we did head away from the house, almost everything we needed or wanted was 15-30 minutes away. Rosanna was just as charming and generous as the house, checking in and making sure we didn't need anything. We loved it and just wish we could have stayed longer.

In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Location, privacy, feels home and a lot to do with family

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Wauw, We loved staying at Blaz his place. The house and swimming pool are amazing but we were most impressed by Blaz as an host. He is making you feel comfortable and provides you with so many extras. We would love to come back!

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).
