Beautifully secluded mountain hut. Just the right place to relax and unwind. Crowned with the great mountain view and its own small sauna. Occasionally, the cows come in front of the adjacent pasture in the evening. And in the evening, you can relax comfortably in front of the stove. The cottage has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and if you have forgotten something or something is missing, it is in 5 min. Three supermarkets are directly accessible by car. We had a great week - even if the weather was mixed, we were able to enjoy relaxing sauna days on the rainy days.

Great place for a few days stopover. Comfortable and clean, convenient common spaces and garden terraces for eating and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and Petra was helpful and caring.

We spent 4 nights at Francesco’s farmhouse and loved every minute. The upstairs apartment is spacious with high ceilings and a great space to relax. There was a basket of toys for the kids to enjoy and Francesco kindly provided some of the amazing wines and olive oil from the farm. The location of the farmhouse is absolutely stunning, with incredible views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The pool is beautiful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view while the kids loved meeting the dog and cats. The location is perfect and an hours drive to most attractions in Tuscany. We went on a number of day trips during our stay including Florence, Cinque Terre & Pisa, as well as smaller villages like San Miniato & Palaia itself. Francesco is a fantastic host and I’m sure we’ll be back one day!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Reggello! The hosts were so warm and communicative—they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a full walkthrough of the home! The view was stunning, and the pool was beautiful and very clean. Aldo even came by each morning to clean it before we used it, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything in the house worked perfectly—the Wi-Fi was fast, all the appliances and lighting functioned well, and we had no issues during our stay. The drive from Florence was easy (we had a rental car), and it made exploring nearby wineries and towns super convenient. We also LOVED their on-site farmers market. It was their own personal setup with wines, olive oil, jams, and other homemade goods -- plus fresh produce like eggs, garlic, artichoke, & shallots, which they generously offered free of charge. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape in the Tuscan countryside!

We had a wonderful few days at the mill. Just the right thing if you want to slow down. The yard is beautiful, the hosts warm and open and the breakfast or the regional products were the icing on the cake. We are vegan & the hosts even provided us with extra alternative breakfast products. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle!

Beautiful, and peaceful…just the singing of swallows in the morning. Everything you want to wake up to in the morning….a beautiful view, the option of a morning swim, and a baker who delivers. I’d advise getting up with the sunrise and sitting on the terrace with your coffee, the birds and the mountains. Francesca is super flexible and helpful for everything. It’s a few minutes drive from Barga which, although is small, has several excellent restaurants

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we'll come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the big TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

If you are looking for a weekend getaway from the city in a peaceful and quiet environment with a great view, this is the perfect stay. Small but smartly and nicely designed, practical apartment with all amenities you could think of. Thanks to Gabor and his mother for keeping such good care of the place.

What a magical place. I felt like I was in paradise. The garden is fantastic. Sabine is an extremely warm host who always had great tips ready. Every conversation with her was a blessing. I didn't miss anything. The house has everything you need. The tranquility is balm for the soul. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable. The view is spectacular and hosts are super friendly. We stayed 4 nights and we drove to many places in the Dolomites.

The Hedgehog House and surrounding area are beautiful. The house is amazingly crafted and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cats were an added bonus for our boys who missed their own cats. Marinko is a great host, very help and attentive.

It was an unforgettable adventure. Even the way there with a backpack, alone in nature and then sleeping in the treetops. Exactly what I always wanted. Great service with the breakfast. Simply delicious. We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

We had a great time in Podkum. The location was really beautiful, beautiful surroundings and a lovely garden to sit in. The kitchen was very well equipped in terms of equipment and crockery. The bedrooms had nice beds and we didn't miss anything. Lilijana took us to the house, was extremely flexible and welcoming. In short, recommended if you love peace, nature and quiet in a comfortable and cozy home.

We made 4 friends a 4 day vacation in San Bernardo di Rabbi and we have to admit that we had a great time. The house had everything you needed, Cecilia was very kind from start to finish and helped even more than she was usually used to. The house itself is beautiful, clean, tidy, it also has a barbecue outside that we used for two dinners. It is not the largest apartment in the world, but for a vacation like this, taking advantage of it as a place to stay and then go out during the day and visit the surrounding areas, with horseback riding, hiking, mountain climbing... It does everything you need. The area is perfect and beautiful, both for the accommodation itself and for getting around a little to get to other places, all not too far from the apartment (by car more than 45 minutes we did not make them to reach other places). We had an amazing stay. The views are just gorgeous. We were given the most unbelievable breakfast each morning... A huge array of delicious foods. Pier Giuseppe was welcoming and accommodating... Just a pleasure to meet and converse with.

Amazing clean spacious modern house next to some vineyards in open clean wild but well kept garden on top of a hill overlooking the sudsteiermark hills.. if you want a base to explore the regio and have some peace and quiet, dont look further. Brigita made sure to accomodate every question or requirement

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful cottage🥰. The amenities were very good, nothing was missing. Beautiful walking paths right by the house, which we could enjoy with the dogs. The restaurants in the village are also highly recommended 🤩 Thank you for the lovely stay.
