Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung hat einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See und ist sehr modern. Auch die Kommunikation und Abstimmung war tadellos - kommen gerne mal wieder!:)

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento in compagnia di amici per festeggiare un importante traguardo raggiunto. La vista dalla casa è assolutamente spettacolare e addormentarsi con l ondeggiare del mare è stato unico. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Elena sempre presente, attenta e superdisponibile...grazie di cuore. Consigliatissimo

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Tout s’est très bien passé, Lola nous a accueilli et accompagné, le contact est très bien passé. Le village est magnifique et l’emplacement de l’appartement au bord de l’eau très reposant. La petite terrasse surplombant la mer était très agréable. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

Un lieu exceptionnel avec une vue incroyable ! Cet appartement est tout simplement magique. Après une journée à explorer les merveilles autour du lac de Côme, c'était un vrai bonheur de rentrer dans ce cocon chaleureux. La vue est à couper le souffle, et l'ambiance du lieu est paisible et ressourçante. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Franchement, on ne voulait plus repartir ! Une expérience inoubliable dans un endroit unique.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Echt een prachtige plek, heerlijk dicht aan zee, huisje was ook top!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir lieber in den schönen Restaurants gleich um die Ecke gegessen haben. Am besten wären aber die beiden Terrassen, der Blick aufs Meer und den Badeplatz, einfach unbeschreiblich. Ein Glas Wein am Abend und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten, dabei den Schiffen nachschauen und den Tag ausklingen lassen, herrlich. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder, wie haben noch viel zu entdecken!

Unglaublich schön! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem ist es sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der Blick aufs Meer sind einmalig. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Nicht zu toppen ist aber die Lage. Man geht von der Unterkunft nur ein paar Stufen und ist am Meer und ganz für sich alleine. Man ist hier nicht gezwungen, sich mit anderen auszutauschen. Falls man aber doch Fragen hätte, könnte man sich jederzeit an den sehr zuvorkommenden Vater des Gastgebers wenden. (Wohnt im Nebenhaus). Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub, ohne Menschenansammlungen, mit tolles Ausblick sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein traumhaftes Haus direkt am Wasser! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist atemberaubend. Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Fensterfront mit Blick aufs Wasser – sie lässt viel Licht hinein und bringt die Natur ganz nah. Die ruhige Umgebung sorgt für perfekte Entspannung, und trotzdem ist alles Wichtige gut erreichbar. Auch der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war vorbildlich – freundlich, zuverlässig und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. Verena and her partner were very attentive and we felt at home. We had plenty to do to keep our selfs busy and we relaxed by the pool. I recommend this for anyone that wants a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Super séjour chez Daniela. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment incroyable. Daniela est super arrangeante et nous conseillé de bonnes adresses qu'elle a pu réserver pour nous. Comme dans la plupart des logements en bord de mer de la région, le train passe juste derrière la maison ce qui est pratique pour aller visiter les villages environnants mais cause un peu de pollution sonore.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Die Unterkunft war super. Kontakt war sehr gut. Check-in/Check-out problemlos. Die Lage ist toll, 1min zum Meer mit wunderschönen klaren Wasser. Kleine „Probleme“ wurden sofort behoben. Beispielsweise war die Gasflasche zum Grillen leer, wir haben sofort am nächsten Tag eine neue bekommen. Top! Etwas schade war, dass das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse gefehlt hat, dadurch war es dort am Tag sehr warm, darum haben wir einen Schirm vom Pool auf die Terrasse gestellt. Auch etwas Schade war, dass (wie ich denke) die Putzfrauen wirklich alles entsorgen oder mitnehmen. Dadurch ist die Küche komplett leer. Keine Gewürze, kein Öl/Essig, kein Pfeffer/Salz….. Normalerweise bin ich gewohnt, dass die Küche eine kleine Grundausstattung hat, oder nicht verbrauchte Lebensmittel vom Vorbesitzer in der Wohnung bleiben. Kein Grund deswegen einen Stern abzuziehen :)! Vielleicht ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Zukunft. Trotzdem 10/10. Danke!

Selten sind wir aus dem stressigen Arbeitsalltag so schnell im Urlaub angekommen wie hier. Das Grundstück ist unglaublich schön und mühevoll angelegt, Poolhaus und Außenküche sind hochwertig ausgestattet, der Schwimmteich mehr als großzügig und der kilometerweite Ausblick in die Natur schlicht atemberaubend. Es fühlt sich nicht nach steriler Gästeunterkunft an, sondern nach einem wirklich erholsamen Zuhause. Deniza und Martin sind herzensliebe Menschen, bei denen man sich von der ersten Begegnung an wohl, vertraut und willkommen fühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft - wir freuen uns schon sehr aufs nächste Mal!

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. It’s perfect for all ages and very comfortable. Thank you Stefano for everything!! We hope to come back again soon! 🥰🌞

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Cinque Terre was so lovely and magnificent that it matched Vittoria and Guiseppina! This place was so wonderful and spacious, perfect for our family of four. It’s tucked a tiny bit back from the main entrance of Riomaggiore so you get a view of the town and the port. And the view!! OMG, what dreams are made of. We used the terrace everyday; you soak in all of the goodness around you. As for the inside, it was so perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to make a small breakfast of eggs/toast/pancetta. We selfishly drank all of the coffee pods she left us, it was so delicious. She also left us crisps, cookies, candies, jams, and a bottle of wine (but we are not drinkers, thank you anyway!) We drove and they reserved a parking spot for us in town and walked us to the apartment. First class service if you ask me! The restaurant directly across was stellar, book in advance. You won’t regret your stay here and you won’t find nicer ladies to host you. Grazie mille!

My husband and I spent several days here because we wanted to take a break from our busy life and the big city we live in, and our rest was a success! The house is very clean, cute and comfortable, the owner of this place is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The outdoor kitchen is 10/10! We would be very happy to come here again one day.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in den Vistasuites geliebt! Dieter war super nett und hat uns alles über die Unterkunft erklärt. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts alles finden, was wir brauchten. Es war definitiv der beste Ort, an dem ich je gewesen bin!

Hervorragender Aufenthalt bei einem super Gastgeber. Wir haben die Zeit von der ersten Minute an genossen. Unser Haus war wunderschön und top ausgestattet. Der perfekte Ort um vom stressigen Alltag abzuschalten. Enormer recharge wert. Ich hoffe wir waren nicht das letzte Mal hier.
