We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and included everything we could possibly need. There were shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom, as well as coffee and tea available in the kitchen. The property is located in a gated community, making it very quiet and peaceful. It was probably the best accommodation we experienced during our trip. We felt well-rested before our flight home and appreciated the flexible check-in times.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this beautiful farm resort! The place was perfect for our big group—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We all slept soundly and felt right at home. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Steve's place is very equipped. Very worthy of every penny being spent. The amenities listed are all accurate. Our first day vacation was not going too well due to a bad experience we had with a host - lots of missing amenities contrary to what was advertised (1st time we ever encountered such poor service out of all vacations and host we encountered) i'm glad I took the risk of rebooking and that's where we found the awesome place of Steve. Not just that, the place offered more than what was advertised. I must admit that it was way beyond expectations. My family loved the place so much and so is the neighborhood. Steve, the caretaker and so is the guard at the entrance are very friendly and hospitable. I can say that Steve took serious time and effort in making his place a very well equipped one. Very recommended place I must say.

Our stay was great and peaceful. There's a mountain view in front and was very relaxing. Also, the place is free from the outside noise. Very spacious, good for a larger group who wants to do team building activities too.

Maureen's place is a gem in a location without a lot of options. My wife's family lives in Danao and we struggle every year trying to find decent & reasonably priced accomodations. The space was as described. Great view off the balcony. Living room had a small TV and a portable fan. It could get a little uncomfortable if you weren't used to the heat. The bedroom had Aircon and it worked fantastic. As a result, we spent most of our time in the bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Fridge worked great. Maureen does stock the space with drinking water which doesn't seem to be so common at BNBs in the Philippines this year. Bathroom was satisfactory and the hot water worked good. Water pressure wasn't so great but that's pretty normal and something were used to by now. Maureen was very responsive, going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, we were happy with and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Nice place, close to shop down below. cleaned and comfortable. except the Bathroom sink wasn't draining the water. and kitchen sink strong very offensive odour. just need to cleaned more better perhaps need vinegar with baking soda to fix the odour. but overall very nice place and friendly staff and room is cleaned and comfortable. spa wasn't heated, but it was ok. thank you for the lovely stay and nice spot until next time

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The area was quiet, and we really appreciated that the place is pet-friendly. Our two pets loved the pet park! The space was generally clean, though we did notice some tiny cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived and a smell in the bathroom. But it did not bother us, as we made sure to always close the bathroom door. Just a note for future guests: there’s parking available if you let Eric know in advance. I missed that detail, so we ended up using paid parking nearby at ₱400 per night. That was on me, but good to know there's an alternative. Overall, a smooth experience and a nice place to unwind. Also, the internet was pretty gooda nd stable! I work from home, so an internet connection is a must for me.
