Vacation rentals with a patio in Damascus

We absolutely loved our stay at James' place; it was exactly what we needed at the end of our short backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail! The views are breathtaking, the hot tub an added bonus. The room was spotless, and had all the amenities we needed and then some. James is detail oriented and we loved how he decorated his place, it felt so homey. Our dog had a great time too. All in all, highly recommend!! We hope to be back!

Leslie took the time either in person or via message to respond to my own individual needs while here. She was very proactive when I had trouble locking the door when going out for the day. She came to the unit in person and we got it figured out. Beautiful peaceful setting just sitting on the front deck. Just what I needed while staying there.

We stayed in this Airbnb while cleaning up after Hurricane Helene. The hosts were SO accommodating and polite! I’d recommend this stay to anyone! 🤗

Just returned from a long weekend staying at this Air BnB. Overall, it is in a wonderful and charming neighborhood within walking distance from downtown JC. Perfect spot to get away and unplug. We enjoyed the coffee at Fearless and OMG the food at Lazy Lady Bakes bakery (downtown) is also tremendous. This location is perfect just for that establishment alone. Do yourself a favor and book this Air BnB!

Place was super cute and very clean! Close to all the things we wanted to do in Boone! Would definitely stay again!

Jim’s place was the perfect place to stay for a ski weekend at Beech Mountain. The condo was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 3. We also loved being so close to the pool area. Jim was super responsive when we checked in and had some last minute questions. We loved our stay!

Anthony was a great guy to rent from he was always on top of things when we had a problem!

Our stay at the A-frame in the treetops at Beech Mountain was amazing. We loved the location, which was peaceful with waterfalls around the property providing the sounds of running water. We enjoyed the views and abundant light and outdoor living space, spending time by the firepit and in the hot tub. What a gem!

I had a great time! The place is super cute, clean, and cozy. I felt safe and heard by the hosts, who were also very kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eva’s Place. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean and homey. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had whatever we needed. We highly recommend Eva’s Place.

This home is exactly as advertised and our host, Hugo, was extremely responsive. The instructions were detailed and check out was a breeze without complicated to-do lists. The highlights of this listing for our family were the foosball table/ arcade games, peaceful dining room with wooded views and well appointed space (coffee maker with pods, extra towels/pillows/blankets, laundry pods, for pit, etc.). We would definitely return!

You know you have a good house when you actually tear up a little when you have to leave. Our family had the most relaxing, slow, adventurous, memory-making trip and so much of it was because of this house. Molly really has thought of everything. From playing checkers in the living room and splashing in the hot tub to skipping rocks and having a bonfire, truly this house is magical. Molly hasn’t skimped on anything. We loved exploring Damascus, Abingdon, Grayson Highlands State Park, Hungry Mother State Park during our visit. The Virginia Creeper trail provided needed serenity. The Wicked Chicken was a great place to get dinner and ice cream and listen to live music as we watched AT hikers pass by. Damascus Diner was some of the best breakfast food we’ve ever had. The kids all agree that the hot tub, fluffy beds, games, and exploring by the creek were their favorite parts of the week. Next time we come this way, this is the house we will choose, 100% of the time.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed at Micah's little cottage, and I love it. Its just enough for me and my daughters. Extremely clean, its comfortable and definitely geared to the girlies. I left a jacket behind the first time and they graciously held it and put it back for me for my 2nd visit. I like the location, its close to everything but feels quiet. You can walk to the river from it very easily. (Which I did every day)This will be my go-to for all future visits to Elizabethton. Also, Micah is very responsive, she answers quickly-everything you want in a host. Love.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. (Hiking, wineries, visiting Boone, blowing rock and linville falls). The location was peaceful and as described in the listing. The host was very quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Heads up that both bathrooms are only accessed through the bedrooms which was a little annoying for our group but manageable. We absolutely loved the hot tub and definitely would have utilized the pool and tennis courts if we’d stayed longer.

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Julia and Simon’s place. It was very easy to find, and the place was just as described. The view from the deck is picturesque, and we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset on our first night. The place is a comfortable place to relax after taking in the sites and activities in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Whitney was very personable, couldn’t figure out the gate and she took a personal call without hesitation to help. So close to all the great places in town.we will be back.

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful time! The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and stores. The back porch was by far my favorite part of the house. We can’t wait to visit again.

The condo felt like a cabin as soon as you stepped inside. Nice rustic finishes, great layout and more room than we expected. The condo was super clean and the location was walking distance to everything Blowing Rock has to offer!

Great stay at Alexis's Air B&B! The condo was adorable - just what you want for a mountain/ski weekend. FANTASTIC location - could walk to slopes, tubing hill, the little Beech Mtn Village. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the condo - boot warmers, chapstick, etc. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were very nice as well - made for a good night's sleep!

Great condo with plenty of space & at a great price. We were going to a wedding at Overlook Barn & it was super convenient to that location.
