Monthly Rentals in Daluwakotuwa

We had two beautiful nights at the Krishan Villa. The breakfast was very tasty and the accommodation was also beautiful.

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

We just left this morning and my mum is already missing this place. It was very cozy, tucked away near the canal and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. We had a great time staying here and our host went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one! Would definitely come back if we decide to visit Negombo again.

Run by a nice family who is super communicative and they really make sure you have a good stay there, which we def did. The kitchen was very functional and the washing machine was nice for our stay. I was worried about WiFi as I’ve heard WiFi could be an issue in Sri Lanka, but once the host knew of the WiFi issue they quickly provided another one. As I was working remotely, I had no problems with internet. The hot water was strong and warm which was also nice. The host also said that in the future they will try to add more mosquito nets on the windows/doors. I also enjoy the location as I can take multiple walks to the beach and there are plenty of little local produce shops nearby. A lot more local and less touristy than the tourist strip nearby. I really enjoyed my stay- thank you to the host!
