Our family of three loved our reset at The A @ Dyson Pond. Whitney kept everything spotless—bathrooms gleaming—and the kitchen was so well stocked we cooked every meal with ease. Different types of coffee was available. A basket of toys greeted our 14-month-old and let us pack light. Whitney responded to our messages quickly. We didn’t need to ask tips, yet her list of local tips was waiting if we’d needed it. Mostly we stayed put—wandering the quiet, private grounds, letting the baby play on the grass, and admiring the nearby farms. It was exactly the low-key downtime we wanted. Tech comforts helped: fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV for cartoons, and flawless T-Mobile reception in an area where cell service is often hit-or-miss. The cabin itself is wonderfully cozy with warm wood touches. Note: the bedroom receives bright morning sun—ideal for early risers, though night owls may want a sleep mask. We left refreshed and already plan to return. Thank you, Whitney.

Amazing location and value. Yes, it’s very simple/no frills but offers everything you need at a good price for an entire unit. There aren’t a lot of decorations but we didn’t mind as everything was comfortable. Bathroom is very nice. Everything was very clean and John was super responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend for someone that wants a nice, simple place to stay for less than $70 a night! Unit itself is a 5 min drive from downtown and is in a residential area. Plenty of parking on street. 1 block away from Zummo’s cafe and near Cooper’s Seafood House

We loved Susan's cabin. It was pristine & had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch where we played board games that were available. Thank you so very much for a wonderful place to stay overnight. And loved that we could bring our furry family member!

Beautiful period farmhouse with rustic charm and modern conveniences set in a gorgeous, peaceful setting. We loved walking the beautiful property, visiting the sheep and horses, watching wood ducks, red squirrels, and all kinds of wildlife from the front porch. So peaceful. This house is a dream for people with allergies to fragrances; absolutely no artificially scented products anywhere! I was raised in a stone farmhouse of about the same age, and loved seeing the details. But was happy to discover that the hot showers and heating we’re all up to modern standards! Three of us came back from an event and needed to shower, and the water temperature and pressure held up without any problem. Plus the spring fed water is delicious! Beds were extremely comfortable. Emily and Kate were very responsive and helpful, as was their aunt who lives further back on the 400 acre property and introduced me to the Jacobs sheep. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb!
