The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Brian has a beautiful space with lovely scenery right outside! The space was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for! And Brian was very friendly greeting us upon arrival!

Erin’s place was very cute and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Big Red was quiet and charming. Beds were comfy and the entire place was clean. The supplied coffee and snacks were appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals.

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

I love Amanda’s Lyndon Apartments, I’ve stayed here a number of times for work and each trip feels like coming home! it’s been a great experience for my dog and I every time we visit.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Carolyn was a wonderful host! Always very responsive and helped us tremendously with recommendations. The home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We loved the local themed Monopoly game (such a cute touch!) and appreciated having several game options on rainy days. We came to ATV ride and had a great time exploring the Jericho trail system, and also trails in Gorham. Multiple trail heads are a short ride from the home, and we loved coming back to relax and unwind in this cozy home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this home if you like clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces when you travel.

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home. Not only was the house incredible but the location was perfect. Peaceful but easy to access. Our host, Tim was excellent. He was proactive with his communication. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All of the amenities were top of the line and the view from the back porch is hard to beat. We are very excited about the potential of heading back to this home next year. Incredible house, host and time all around.

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

This was a great place for my family to enjoy time together outside. We also to advantage of the amenities offered. Would definitely stay again in the future. Only issue was the elevator was out of order and having to bring groceries up 3 flights of stairs. I didnt specifically look for a place with an elevator, just would have packed differently.

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!

It was an extremely excellent stay, my fiancé and I absolutely adored Susan’s place! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back again with future plans, we felt our stay was way too short we want to try to come again longer there’s so much to do locally around the area! And it’s such a peaceful place to stay the bed was extremely comfortable 😇
