This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Whether for work, as a couple or with a child – a cozy double bed and a sofa bed (190 x 71 cm) ensure a good night's sleep. For professionals, there is a workspace with a monitor. Enjoy the large balcony and sleep under the stars. Riding stables, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and Havelpark right next door. Whether by car or train - Berlin center is only 30 minutes away.

Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The vacation home is located in Falkenrehde in the Havelland. Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Urban escape with old-world charm.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

Our Wachtelburg Castle, a luxurious retreat surrounded by Havelland's nature at the gates of Potsdam and Berlin. Enjoy the extravagant accommodation with two pompous bedrooms. Cozy beds promise pure relaxation. The spacious and modern kitchen with access to the conservatory and a terrace invites you to evenings outdoors. Ideally located for bike rides along the R1 and excursions to Potsdam or Berlin. Relax in your private oasis after a day of experiences.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Apartment in Potsdam-Babelsberg

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Welcome to your perfect retreat in Falkensee! Our townhouse in Falkensee is ideal for two people who want to enjoy a short break or a longer stay. The house is quiet and green, just 500 meters from the idyllic lake, perfect for walks and picnics. With good access to public transport, nearby shopping and a nearby bakery.

Time out at Lake Schwielowsee – apartment right on the water

This apartment is located directly on Lake Schwielow and was completed in the spring of 2023. It is fully furnished and modernly furnished. From the couch you can look directly at the lake.
