The space was quiet and peaceful! It is a tiny home but it had everything that me and my 5 year old son needed. It was clean and the host was so helpful. The grounds are kept impeccable. I highly recommend this place as it is quiet, clean, peaceful and great for two people or a person with small children. Many things are provided, come with your clothes and toiletries and you are good to go. Parking is amazing and is right outside of the tiny home. Highly recommend!

Being that this is my 5th year in a row staying with Grady, it's not much more I can say because clearly the fact that I return yearly speaks volumes to how amazing of a host he is.

The hosts were so nice and helpful!! They were extremely accommodating. The home is very cute and cozy, I had no issues with anything in the home. The airport is super close but I could barely hear anything unless I was outside.

Great experience, Sarah went above and beyond to check in and make sure everything was perfect! Very private tiny home, great hot tub outside and the use of space was mind blowing. Everything we could've wanted and more!

Loved our stay here! Immaculately clean and perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood felt so accessible - it was so nice to only take 15 minutes to anything we wanted to do and we felt very safe. Even loved the kids next door. No issues mentioned in other reviews with water temp or pressure - the weather had a big swing while we were there too and it was perfectly comfortable in the home!

Overall I had a very nice stay about 15 minutes from where I was working, it was super clean, and quiet(I was working nights), and the owners are very responsive, and it’s just a couple minutes from the lake, I would definitely return and recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eagles Nest! The place was just as described, clean, cozy and comfortable and just what we needed for a short weekend trip. It is 15 min or so from Arlington, and downtown Ft. Worth which made it super convenient to get around. The hosts are very respectful of your space while you are there, but very responsive if needed for anything. We really appreciated all the personal touches that the host provided to make us feel welcome such as a toy and treats for our pup waiting for us upon arrival. We loved the dual patio spaces and the grill to cook out one night. The fact that we were able to bring our pup along with us as well for no added extra fee was great! We would definitely stay again if we make our way back down there in the future.

A very charming place in a quiet neighborhood. Lacey provided the important details prior to check-in so locating and accessing the property was easy. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time there as our daily agenda was quite full, we can say we didn't find fault with any of the accommodations, and would highly recommend. We will definitely book again should our travels find ourselves back in the area.

We stayed at Kennedy’s tiny home for a 4-day staycation, and it was truly beyond our expectations. We usually spend our summer getaway at our timeshare at Holiday Clubhouse Suites in Galveston, but due to the damages caused by Hurricane Beryl, we had to look for another option. We came across Kennedy’s charming tiny home just about half an hour from Dallas—so glad we made that choice! The home was beautiful, cozy, and incredibly well thought-out. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need—from pots and pans to a coffee machine, seasoning spices, creamer, and tea. The host clearly put a lot of effort into making sure guests feel completely at home. Every little detail reflected genuine care and hospitality. To be honest, it was even better than our experience at the Holiday Inn. I wish more hotels could be this thoughtful. We were very, very impressed and truly appreciated the warmth and comfort of our stay. We'll definitely recommend this gem to our friends.

This hidden gem offers a perfect blend of privacy and relaxation! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the secluded charm of this stand-alone cottage. The private entrance and secure parking immediately put our minds at ease. The cottage itself was immaculate and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sparkling dipping pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim, and the hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. We spent many evenings soaking under the stars, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. We can't recommend this cottage enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this place is sure to exceed your expectations!

We absolutely LOVED Ken and Diana’s “Cottage!” It was so wonderful to sit on the patio or down by the lake and soak in the wildlife, peace and serenity of the lake and “forest.” I got up early every morning just to listen to the birds and watch the wildlife. We stayed outside until dark just watching the fish jump. Absolutely a little piece of heaven on earth ❤️ I hope we can come back every year!!

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Rosana's place for a quick trip in Dallas. The place is super cute and clean and a perfect little spot for 2 people. The hip and cool shops and restaurants of the Bishop Arts District are literally at the doorstep while still being quiet and peaceful. Very enjoyable stay and value, and I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Lauren’s place was fantastic. Spacious, clean, close to all major hotspots in Ft Worth, but yet in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out we’re super easy. Made our trip that much better.

cute, comfortable house with fun, quirky decor. plenty of room to be able to spread out with my family during a long weekend stay. 5 min drive to some great local restaurants. nice covered backporch to enjoy on a cool evening.
