This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Teke is located in Ortaca Fevziye. Villa Teke 2 has a private garden and private pool for you, but it is a partially sheltered villa. There is 1 double bed in the 1st bedroom, and 1 sofa in the living room downstairs. This way, up to 3 people can stay. Our garden has a dining table, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture and a barbecue. Our villa is 1 km away from the world famous hot water hot springs. our pool is not heated
