Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dai Kim

Very solid and clean place! Loved staying here! Pros: very nice and comfortable, easy check in and very comfortable to stay in, WiFi was great and it’s very centrally located, feels super safe and it’s walking distance to a ton of stuff! Cons: the view looks directly into 2 other houses so can be a little awkward, and it rained really hard when I was there and water leaked in from the wall and got a bunch of my stuff wet, they addressed it right away in the morning tho and were very quick!

Everything went smooth (communication, instructions, and in general). The appartment was easy to access, and clean. It is a bit outside of the classic neighborhoods of Hanoi, but everything is still close (just pick a Grab or whatever). The little "down" of the appartment is the noise coming from the road not far from it. For the main bedroom when you close the door, it's okay, if people have to sleep in the livingroom (second bed), not the best. But it's a big city, with a lot of circulation, so it's hard to not have this ;) Beside that everything was as stated and what we expected.

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

The entrance is in a dark alley, but I understand it's a Vietnamese characteristic. The location was nice and the facilities were the same as the photos, but the accommodation was high, so the stairs can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The air conditioner is a little weak.

It was a pleasure to stay at ngoc and chau’s airbnb. Very accommodating to our late check in. The place it self was brilliant, just as described and more. Chau was very friendly and quick to respond, and he dealt with any queries we had promptly. They also offered complimentary laundry service which was a bonus. His attention to detail may go unnoticed but not to us, he left a cute little handwritten note and present on the door, the evening before checkout. It’s a good location, nice spots to eat near by, more locals which we loved. Only about a 10minutes walk to the popular hoan kiem lake. Overall my family loved our stay here and would definitely be back again when I visit Hanoi. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and help x

The host is great and very kind!

Tung's place was spacious and perfect for two people - it felt like a luxury apartment with all the amenities that set the mood right. The location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk (or i think 5 minutes by scooter) from Hoan Kiem Lake. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The view on the balcony though, the living room setup, air flow around, love it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again on future visits to the area. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Great host, always quick response and helpful. The house is clean and cozy, very close to some attractions which you can walk to the lake nearby. Thanks the host so much for the recommendation, the food was amazing. Amazing place for a family trip or group trip.

Uyen’s place gets 5 stars because of the price point. The instructions were very clear which in Hanoi sometimes it can be difficult to correctly find a place quickly. However, regardless of price it should be noted that although the Air B&B pictured and the one I actually was given are similar, the one pictured looks way nicer than the one you actually get. The stairs are carpeted, the one pictured on Air B&B is much sharper, the mattress is on the floor which isn’t a big deal but still, it’s clearly not what is pictured. Like I said, for the price point it’s still a great deal and would recommend.

Truly a gem of a find! Huong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her stay was exactly as described. Spotless, comfortable, homey, and that view in the morning (especially) at night, is breathtaking! Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi anytime soon!

Beautiful property in a nice location with many wonderful shops and restaurants. The host went above and beyond to assist with transportation and tours.

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

Son was an amazing host! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at home. He was always responsive and available whenever I needed anything, and even went out of his way to check in on me and make sure I was doing alright. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to visit again. Highly recommend!
