I stayed 10 days at this lovely place, it’s a quiet neighborhood and very private. Once accidentally my room door got stuck, Louis and Natalie replied and fixed this problem so quickly, very appreciate it!

Very spacious and peaceful. Close to parks such as Lake Monger and Herdsman Lake. Bus stop is close to Airbnb that brings us to central quite quickly. The small touches such as flowers in the vase and the fruits and cereals prepared for us makes us feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. Thank you :)

The apartment was in a lovely location lots of trees and parks a nice walk to the train Station and good cafes and food produce near by, a clean and comfortable apartment that I would not hesitate to return too if visiting Perth.

My son & I stayed here whilst my daughter was in King Edward ( new baby coming) Fab little place, clean, everything works, Sun drenched pool area couldn't fault in anyway Thanks Sharon I'll be back when next in Perth ( or when next baby is due) cheers David

A very comfortable space in a good location. I was visiting someone in hospital, which was close by. There are shops and some upmarket restaurants within walking distance. Also, Sally's communication was great, and she was very helpful. As noted in the description, there is a flight of stairs to walk up, but as long as you are fine with that, I'd certainly recommend it. I would stay again.

Great unit in fantastic location ... we stayed for 24 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Underground parking was great ... good stores and restaurants were plentiful within walking distance. The train station is right there for super convenient transportation. Great WiFi and big screen TV was much appreciated.

Secure Luxury Executive Living right on Cafe Strip

We’ve been staying at your lovely Subiaco apartment since 31st March and have extended our stay twice, so this will actually be our third review! That alone reflects how much we’ve appreciated the apartment and how at home we’ve felt here. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was a real bonus and made settling in so easy, we felt immediately at home. The location of the apartment is also fantastic—so convenient and central. Tim and Bridget have been superb hosts—always easily contactable, incredibly responsive, and very accommodating. They’ve also been extremely understanding and flexible with our uncertain extension dates, which we really appreciate. They've made our stay smooth and stress-free. Thank you again for your patience and support, and with arranging the smart lock replacement. They even offered to help during our check out. We have no doubt in recommending this lovely place to anyone looking for a welcoming home and lovely hosts.
