This is a sea floor pension of Hwangto earth house located 3 minutes away from Yangyang IC on Seoul. It is a traditional Korean-style house with a large courtyard with lawns and wood burning agung and ondol. 15 minutes to the entrance of Seoraksan, 10 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there are facilities for barbecue in the garden. Within 20 minutes, you can enjoy the mountains and river waters with five-colored hot springs and five-colored mountain excursions to Sole Beach and Naksan Beach. The lawn is spacious and in the summer, there is a kids pool in front of the terrace (July ~ August, heated pool). There are baby tableware and mobile smart TV. This is a guesthouse in a quiet rural village in a 15-minute drive to the Gangneung Sea. The building is connected, but it is composed of an annex with a separate entrance, bathroom, and self-catering facilities, and independent stays are available (Netflix available). Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area, so you can also have a barbecue experience with the electric grill (no charcoal/bonfire due to the risk of wildfires). In summer, you can also put a tent in the yard or valley, and there is a valley in front of the house, so it is good for playing in the water, and you can see the wonderful scenery of Mt. Oda throughout the four seasons. The barbecue has a grill and torch, and you can buy charcoal and use it yourself. There are fire extinguisher, fire alarm, and gas leak alarm. Fridge, induction, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, pot, frying pan, cooking utensils, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.

This place is a 10-minute walk from the Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm, and in front of the pension, there is the National Forest of Korea, the best trekking course in Korea. In winter, it snows a lot, so you can see the wonderful snowy scenery. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to Yongpyeong Ski Resort. There is a Hoenggye Hanaro Mart 7 minutes away by car from the pension, and a convenience store 3 minutes away by car. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Gangneung. Take a break with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

This is a 60m2 private pension located in Daegwallyeong Swiss Village Complex, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It's cozy and quiet, so it's a great place to relax. Especially at night, it is a place where you can see the stars well, so it is recommended to come to see the stars. [Yangtteo Ranch] [Seonjaryeong] [Gukmin Forest] is 1km away, so it is in a good location for traveling by car (2 minutes) or on foot (10 minutes).
