Beachfront vacation rentals in Da Nang

Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

This apartment offers arguably the best location in Da Nang - centrally positioned with just a one-minute walk to the beach! The stunning beach and city views from both the balcony and windows are absolutely captivating; I found myself constantly drawn to look outside throughout my stay. While the interior isn't brand new, everything is well-maintained and in good working condition. All amenities functioned properly, and the space was comfortable for my stay. What really enhanced my experience was the host's responsiveness. They were quick to address any questions and went above and beyond by arranging a motorbike rental for me at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action in Da Nang. It's perfect for those who value proximity to the beach and appreciate spectacular views. If you're looking for the convenience of central location with the bonus of breathtaking scenery, don't hesitate to book this place

We had a great stay and the host was very responsive and helpful when needed. The house was clean every day, which was very appreciated! The location is amazing 2 mins walk from the beach and the food is great at the restaurant on the beach! Nice breakfast place as well around the corner. We loved our stay!

Really great apartment. Fantastic location away from most of the city noise. Very homely feel and very fast internet which is perfect for working. Had a lovely time and peaceful spring was an amazing host. Will book again.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this private getaway. The pool was refreshingly cool and clean. You have the beach to yourselves with fishermen fishing in the distance. Lots of places to sit , relax or catch some sun. Phuong was very friendly and accommodating.He had a map with all amenities.Great coffee place walking distance. For singers there is a karaoke machine on the raised dining balcony that accommodates many. There is a BBQ and you can order meat or fish delivered to cook yourselves. Having a motorcycle available was a bonus. Great pizza restaurant, pharmacy and a great place for Banh My were about a 6-7 minute drive towards HoiAn. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very friendly. Phuong is an exceptional, friendly host and very accommodating, picking us up in DaNang and returning us for our flight home. We were all sad to leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay, from a family living in Alberta, Canada.

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys

10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. My recommendations for Kathy's condo are only above and beyond all others. Thank you.

Brian is a great host and always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment is as described and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There just wasn't an ATM nearby. In March, you could hear the strong wind loudly in the apartment We would come back. 😊

Great location, excellent apartment. Regular cleaners made the apartment up and ensured everything was clean and restocked. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

We loved Da Nang and enjoyed staying is Sarah's apartment. The location is great: it's right next to the beach, it's a high floor and there are plenty of local and western food restaurants nearby. We'll be back!

We loved our stay here. Lovely view. Lenh was super friendly and always responded when we had questions. We had breakfast every day in the restaurant that belongs to the resort. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend this flat.

Kiet was extremely responsive, ready to help at any time. Made our stay very enjoyable. Recommended local places worth to see or activities to experience. The place he runs delivers all the amenities you may need while staying for the longer time what was very useful for our family. Extra plus for having filtered water in the kitchen so there is no need to purchase bottled water.

Enjoyed my stay here in Da Nang! Opposite the beautiful beach, surrounded with seafood restaurants and beach bars. Host was very friendly and responsive, and the apartment is well maintained ❤️ will visit again next time. Thank you!

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. The architecture of the building and apt is unique with nice interior touches. The location is walkable to the beach with many excellent local restaurants right outside of the door. The hosts are exceptional, providing housekeeping if desired and even left fresh towels and water bottles at the door when we didn’t. We also tried several of their restaurant recommendations which were all great. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a safe local neighborhood close to the beach, then this is for you!

Very responsible host and great help. She’s helped me rent a scooter in 30 mins delivered to the place. She’s also very flexible with me leaving my belongings safe in her property after checking out so I could enjoy the day before heading to the airport at night. The place is gorgeous, great location near the beach and everything you would want to visit. Highly recommended.

Ms Dung and her place was great. Ms Dung is very sweet and nice, always responsive and easy communication. The place felt like home and had all the little necessities that made it comfortable for short and long stay. Such as cooking sauces and laundry detergent. The mountain and roof top view was amazing. At 5th floor, you get great wind flow, for me that’s better than AC. Short walk to the beach and delicious local eats. I highly recommend.
