The stay was simply perfect! The house is very clean, well maintained and super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which allowed us to make the most of the sunny days without having to worry about commuting. The beach is wonderful, with clean and calm waters, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with the family. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. We will definitely return at a next opportunity. I highly recommend it!

The house is delightful, great location, quiet street, super close to the beach and the grocery store. Practical, functional and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. TV room and dining room integrated with the kitchen. Great rooms and bathrooms. It doesn't have a garage, but you can park in front of the gate without any problems. I have a large car and it fit without any problems, the street is wide. I will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, a truly clean, organized, equipped and tasteful environment. House in a safe, quiet and well-located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the setback. Super commendate staff.

Perfect and cozy house, we had our barbecue with all the necessary items without missing anything. I feel at home at the house of friends who care about making you very comfortable. Malu always contacting us and giving tips and options for local cuisine. It was a perfect weekend

Luciana's place was exactly as advertised - beautiful, private, clean, walkable, and a good space. I booked this place for the view, proximity to the beach, and privacy and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely stunning. Everything worked as advertised as well. Luciana was extremely responsive and kind, any questions I had she had responses to quickly and was overall an awesome host. Worth every penny, thank you Luciana!!

The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

We had a great time. Herbenio is very friendly and helpful. The house was super clean, cozy and just like the ad. The mattresses are comfortable and the house is equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back other times

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds, an incredible view, you really don't want to leave. Cooking with that view is amazing. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, and take in the view. Cyntia, the employee who helped with everything in the house, was really helpful. He cooked for us and was there to meet our needs. Juli the same, she got me everything I asked for/ I would really come back a thousand times!

I simply loved my stay at Mirante da Jana! Every detail was thought out with great affection, everything was very well organized and the place is simply stunning! The landscape is surreal, breathtaking… a true paradise for those seeking peace and connection with nature. I would also like to mention Felipe's wonderful service. He was super attentive, picked us up near the ferry (even though it wasn't his obligation) and even gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. A real host! I recommend it with my eyes closed! Those seeking tranquility, beauty and an unforgettable view can rent without fear. I miss it already and I will definitely be back!

I stayed for the second time in the house with my family. Perfect location, facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Close to a hospital, supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best house to stay on the coast!
