Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

Great location and perfect for any downtown event. Studio had everything we needed.

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

I've stayed here twice when I go on call and I always am able to relax and get a great nights sleep. The bed is SO comfortable. The shower is my FAVORITE part. The water pressure is amazing , it's clean and perfect with a ton of towels for your hair and body and they also go above and beyond and supply feminine products such as makeup removers. I will definitely be staying again!

Recently stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and would definitely stay again Beverly was an amazing host and helped with anything made my stay very comfortable and felt just like home. The instructions were a little tricky at first but definitely worth it and would recommend.

Let me tell yall, them photos do not do it justice… when I say it’s GORGEOUS. She was very nice and sweet, the place was clean 10/10. The only thing was we had trouble with the lock BUT, let me restate but she communicated with us through the entire time and even mentioned she was ordering a new lock to replace the current one. But all in we had a wonderful time and would most definitely come again.

Clay was a great host with great communication and very accommodating. The residence was well kept and the backyard experience with the pool was a great.

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Houston. Be was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. There were a couple of times we needed to reach out to her and she was responsive and helpful. Overall, everything you need to know is on Airbnb. The home was as described and exceeded expectations we had from the listing. The kitchen is super well appointed - stocked with starter supplies needed for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. The bedrooms very comfortable. The bathrooms all renovated with modern fixtures. The place we loved the most was the outdoor area. Many doors out to the backyard, beautiful pool, several seating areas, all very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Within a few miles, were a lot of restaurants and retail outlets. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for this kind of home.

Great little house to stay at, just outside of Houston and so worth it. Nice quiet neighborhood in a good area. The place was clean and looked like the pictures, brand new house too. The fenced yard was great for my pup to roam freely, Roland also left two bowls and puppy pads in case they were needed. Roland responded quickly and was always polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Will try and book next time I’m visiting Spring. I felt like I was home.

Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! A steal for the price! The backyard area seems like out of a magazine! The kitchen was well stocked and very thoughtful in the amenities!

If you are looking for serenity and a relaxing escape this is the place! Our family enjoyed several days in Micca’s home enjoying a long weekend. From the moment you arrive at the house, you are greeted by a quiet neighborhood, beautiful walking trails, and the friendliest ducks. Upon entry we were pleasantly surprised with the intention that Micca has put into her home… from the peaceful atmosphere, the surprise touches, and the comfort of the home (there is plenty of space for kids to have their own comfy rooms). Upon exiting to the backyard, we were welcomed to a beautiful pool that our family took full advantage of! The basketball court and tree swing quickly became favorites for our kiddos. This house is a must if you are looking to stay in the Cypress area!

The place was amazing! For my first Airbnb stay it was great. Rhonda was great and communicated very well with me. She was very helpful throughout our stay and helped with any issues that came up. The house was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Amazing place next to everything!

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

It was a great experience, Zenobia had a quick response time with my questions and messages. Close to many places to eat, shop, and fun activities.

What can I say! Brandon’s place was great! It was so clean and clutter free, that I could relax and not spend half of the time recleaning! There were lots to do in the area- or not and I would recommend his place to anybody! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thanks Brandon for restoring my trust in the Airbnb brand!

the place is beautiful with lots of amenities and a lovely park very close by, Kim was very friendly and helpful with all my questions hope to stay again sometime overall an excellent experience staying at this home!

We love the place. It’s nice and very clean. The great thing is very very close to Vietnamese food restaurants and market. Definitely book again if come in Houston im the future I would recommend it.
