Had a great couple of nights at Rose cottage. The place was perfectly located for walks around Afan forest. Jennie was always responsive when we requested a couple of things and the kids loved it there.

Charming 3 bedroom house with a warmth character

RachelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Good value for money, plenty of space for our family of 4. We stayed with our 5 and 2 year old for a half term break. The town itself isn't that interesting, but it was within 20minutes of lots of nice things to do and see. There was a stair gate on the top bedroom (not pictured on the adverts) which meant we were happy for our 5 year old to spend the night up there without risk of falling down open stairs. He loved sleeping "in the roof"! Blackout blinds/curtains in all rooms, we brought our own portable one for the small room so it was super dark for the 2yo. Great kitchen for prepping quick meals, nice bathrooms and living areas. We bought our own fire stick so we could plug it in to the TV. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our liking but very much personal preference. Overall, it was exactly as described, spotless on arrival and great value for money for a family stay in the Brecon Beacons, thank you Lewis.

Just back from a lovely stay at Michaela and Megan’s place. It was perfect, a charming, cosy comfortable home away from home. Had everything we needed at hand they had really thought of everything. I highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay and would definitely return.
