Hen Ty Llaeth, Aberfforest, beachside & sea views

MandieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Mum and I had a fabulous week celebrating my birthday at Hen Ty Llaeth. We were extremely lucky with the weather and spent plenty of time sunbathing on the terrace and paddock, relaxed and swam on the wonderful private beach and we were so lucky to see a pair of dolphins jump right out of the sea in front of us, it was spectacular! The regular visits from robins singing their hearts out, bunnies bouncing in the paddock and a mischievous fox made our stay. The walk through the ancient forest to the waterfall was beautiful. I braved standing under it and wow what an amazing experience! A very comfortable spacious well maintained home as described in the listing by Moira who is a fabulous host. And not forgetting those amazing views from the house which are breathtaking. We’ve come home fully recharged and rested . Thank you so much Moira . 😊 Moira is a great host.
A scenic view captures a white horse's ears in the foreground, framed by a stone structure resembling a small church or chapel. The serene landscape features grassy fields and distant coastal waters under a cloudy sky.

Private Annex and Patio. Dinas Cross.

EricaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay with Tracy was great! She was super friendly and really welcoming. This gem was perfect for us as we needed a last minute place to day before attending a wedding at Gellifawr! The local pub looked great, unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy a pint. All in all, a great stay! Thank you so much Tracy!

The Carthouse at Pencnwc, Dinas

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Carthouse is such a lovely place to stay- cosy, comfortable and well equipped, it is in a peaceful location, but close to the major main road for easy travelling to explore both Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Martha and Mark are quick to respond if you need anything- and Charlie the dog's welcomes are a lovely treat, especially on returning from a day out. If you are new to the area Martha has provided lots of useful information, including maps and walk routes. A real find for my birthday trip, and thoroughly recommended for 1 or 2 people, plus any pet dogs will love the local walks and beaches.
A serene view of an estuary shrouded in mist, showcasing calm waters reflecting the gentle fog. Small boats are anchored in the background, along with a glimpse of a coastal structure. Lush greenery lines the hills, providing a tranquil backdrop to the waterway.

Rustic Converted Mill in historic fishing village

GemmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is a hidden gem for a few days of relaxation. The cottage give cosy homely vibes and had everything we hoped for and more. The village is a short walk with lots of pubs and places to eat and the sea was a stone throw away perfect for our cold water dip in the mornings. I would highly recommend and Michael the host was very helpful and accommodating 😊

Lavender Cottage near Fishguard, Pembrokeshire

DavidRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This accommodation was in a beautiful setting on the family farm. It was spacious and had a lovely rustic feeling about it. Joanne and Richard were very friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed meeting the grandparents and of course Dottie the Border Collie. We would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, cosy cottage for 2 with sea view

LlinosRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This cute and cosy but very spacious cottage deserves 10*. It meets every expectation. Spotlessly clean and well equipped in a wonderful location within an easy walk to all amenities and a with view to die for. Chris is an excellent host, sharing plenty of tips and information, on hand if needed but at the same time respecting your privacy. We certainly hope to visit Ty Haf again in the future.
A coastal scene is captured during sunset, with soft orange and gold hues reflecting on the water. Rolling green hills are visible in the background, alongside a small cluster of houses near the shore. The serene landscape offers a tranquil view of the coastline.
